Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I try to call customer service but never I can get any agent on or once get agent on line they ask to call after 30min or 45min because there cant listen my voice.. Please improve customer service..

      Im not using mobile but suddenly i received deduction message from mobily so i try to call cuistomer service but their system directuing me to other services very stupid and very bad experience i was very disappointed..WHAT KIND OF COMPANY YOU HAVE.

      I get the same problem as Harold. I get Random text messages and Mobily cust 3 SAR every time i receive this message. What nonsense! And I call the customer care and they cant stop it..so what am I supposed to do...just sit back and watch messages come in and eat all my money!!
      My advice to any newcomers NEVER BUY MOBILY

      i'm using mobily phone..some day 9 riyal has been reduce from my account.some days 3 riyal has been reduced.i don't know the reason.once i register this complaint.then the customer support officer said it will be ok within 48 hrs.then also 9 riyal has been reduced twice..after that i call to customer service but they didn't reply..sir please what is the reason??

      I have been calling the Mobily customer service numbers (1100 or 056 010 1100) for more than a week and no one answers the phone. What kind of poor excuse is this for customer service. It is a joke. Several times I have waited for more than 45 minutes for someone to answer and that music just plays over and over and over and over again.
      When you first make the call you are advised that you will have the opportunity to rate the Mobily representatives service but how is this possible when a representative never answers the phone. Time to change carriers to a more professional company.

        Dear sir asslamo alekum complaint regarding wifi connection problem l have complaint from last 21 days but did not get any responsed from customer care showing red light device problem so Plz sir help. I will be highly thankful to you

        Mobily seems to have out sourced their customer service centers in the rudest part of the world called India.  
        I threw away my mobily card after talking to an abusive representative called  xyz malol.
        Worst service in saudi Arabia.

      I have using Mobily SIM & I'm trying continuously to activate internet but not response from Customer care. Please tell me if anybody knows to activate code to activate internet 100 MB like SAWA. Sawa is very nice service provide compare mobily.
