Customer Service did not answer

Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

       I'm here to inform you that whenever i load the balance it deduct automatically may be i register some things i humbly request you that please deactivate everything from my sim card thank you.
