Customer Service did not answer

Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I'm using mobily internet 1GB - I recharge it 9th December 2009 but the package finishing soon.. prior complete the month... i want to know... how i can continue the service... calling 1100 customer service represantative... only hearing one music since long in keep me on hold.. no one answering.. i tried many times...

    Really this mobily is very big headache is there nobody to ask them question or the management is careless??????????????????????//

    000000-zero-000000 customer support. Better to throw this card and try some other.

    I have mobily post paid and I am fedup paying my bills and no proper customer service at all. I think I should disconnect it and switch it to STC.

    i am also gettin nonsence message which is not being display while opening it & there is a deduction of 4 riyals each time i get the message.mobily is not ready to provide the solution to the issue just to wait for next 24-48 hours.

    I am facing same problem, i received a weird SMS and wanted to check about it but no use no body answer.

    i started to believe they don't have customer service staff !!!

    Every week on thursday  I get on push message saying that download from this link  and SAWA cut 5 SAR every time i receive this message.  nonsense!thing when I call the customer care and they dont lift the call.dont use sawa it will eat ur money!!
    My advice to any newcomers NEVER BUY SAWA

    is there anybody in Customer Care Center who receive our calls
    this is the only problem that i have with mobily Services that whenever we want to take some information from Customer Care by dailing 1100 ni body respond

    I have the same problem as Harold and faiyaz ansari I get messages stating ur 5SR have been deducted and Mobily deduct 5 SAR every time i receive this message. What nonsense! And I call the customer care and they cant stop it..so what am I supposed to do...just sit back and watch messages come in and eat all my money!!
    My advice to any newcomers NEVER BUY MOBILY
