Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

Am a Raqi Customer my contract was finished 15th September 2016 more then 5months finished still I didn't get the device from your outlet..
I am writing today to complain of poor service received from mobily company.past 5months repeatedly I tried to ask your representatives at almost all outlets of mobily in jeddah about the device ; as a VIP raqi member that i can avail.
Every day they are telling go and check here and there .And I visited almost all outlets.this is so hard for the customers.
I am most annoyed that I wasted several days.My impression about mobliy Company has been tarnished.
I trust this is not the way mobily Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since 3 yrs.let me know u can deliver device for me or not.orherwise Iam planning to disconnect my line .
