man called yesterday left number to call back on my machine at work.  Said he needed info about a check.  When I called back told them I had prove that this had been taken care of.  He wanted me to fax it over.  Well I am not going to fax over a bank statement.  Gentlemen already had my social security number and my email address. The number came across caller id as 719-387-0384.  Gave me number to call back as 877-787-5582 Ext/ 271 Name is Will.  Fax # is 702-463-8752.

    I am also a bill collector and I wanted to tell you stupid people that your business is a scam.  I took your office to the cleaners for 35k because you cannot even leave a message within the law.  You say to pay your bills I agree but you need to treat your clients customers with care and understand that breaking the law will get you sued.  You are such a pice of [***] I hope your mother dies and your dad watches it happen.

    Hey dead beats! Glad to see I have such a big fan club! Should I put you bums on the mailing list too? lol.. But nothing here is free.. You debtors actually have to pay your bills in this club! I think it's funny how I started this whole conversation and you idiots get so upset and run your mouths every single day like clock work! You keep forgetting the bottom line though.. You are all debtors! Your all on here because you either owe someone money, or FFG already sued you and your upset like debtor "ME". No matter what is said, at the end of the day the bottom line is still the bottom line! That won't change!     This debtor was sued last year! He won't admit it because he's ashamed and upset but FFG did sue him! FFG wiped out his bank account and it was all legal. Go ahead bum.. Tell the truth!

    I've been on several of these chat sites and it seems quite a few people have been sued by ffg. Some people talk trash about ffg but I got court papers today saying they are suing me! If what you people say is true about ffg how can they be suing me? It's hard to know who's telling the truth but I have to believe these legal documents! I'll call ffg and figure it out with them. I don't want to be like the rest of these people on here who have already been sued.

    I work for FFG and I'm sorry to hear that your being sued! In rare cases we are unable to contact the debtor by either phone or mail, or we attempt to contact and get no response so our only option is to sue! Sounds like you would have paid your debt and maybe you just didn't realize you still owed the debt! If we are suing you it tells me you have attachable assets and/or garnishable income (unlike these other bums) FFG and other firms only sue when it's cost effective so that's why these bums you see on these chat sites haven't been sued! They have nothing to lose! So we have nothing to gain by suing them! But keep reading and you'll see many other debtors who have already been sued and once that happens they immediately change their tune! Be very careful when reading these posts! There are 2 or 3 dead beats on here who don't pay their bills and who don't care so they scam their creditors! Then they come on these websites and run their mouths! There is one debtor who I know we sued personally.. He goes by the name "ME".. Sued for $10,000 now he's upset at the world and keeps posting the same stupid posts! Pay no attention to the bums! Your obviously smart enough to realize that every single person on these websites are debtors who don't pay their bills or they would never have known about FFG or these websites! So that's why anyone with half a brain won't listen to the bums anyway! Most people would try to pay their bills like you and me!

    My advice..
    It's too late if you already recieved papers and a court date has been set so just go to court and ask for a payment plan.. You'll probably get stuck paying some legal fees and court fees but they will work with you! Just don't end up like the rest of these bums!! Good luck to you!

    Why are you working so hard at avoiding validation?  Can't get it?  Just faking?

    And your claim that missing an automatic payment was legally equivalent to writing a "bad check".  Payment on a debt is not payment for value.  Nice try.
