If any company "stole money from people's bank accounts" or "scammed people out of money" etc etc they would be shut down immediately. It would only take one time and they would be shut down so fast. Think about it.

So why are they still around? And bigger than ever? Does anyone know why FFG hasn't been shut down yet? It's been years and they are still doing business and suing people.

It takes years for the most eggregious scamming debt collectors to get shut down.  It took several years, and even a year after a federal court injunction, to raid and shut down CAMCO.  It took 2.5 years from first complaints to the raids on the Corona cluster, with their assets frozen and bank accounts seized.

If they make even some pretense of compliance, genuflect and toss a "Hail Mary" at the regulators, or even just keep changing their names and nominal ownership, that stretches it out even longer.

You sound so proud to proclaim they are "bigger than ever".  You must have a personal interest in people believing they are "legitimate" and they are "suing people".  You must work for them, since no one else would even care.

Fact is, despite your claims, your complaint profile has shifted from when complaints first appeared.  Doesn't appear you are so bold with your threats as you once were, except maybe in anonymous postings.

If you have any problems with this debt collector, file complaints with the Nevada Department of Financial Institutions.

Guess what people. I just checked, and FFG is still in business. How can that be? It has been years and so many people making complaints but yet they are still there. Same place, same name, same everything. Truth is that some people have a hard time accepting the fact that they owe money, and get upset when debt collectors call to collect it. But that doesn't make it illegal or a scam. (which is why they are still in business) Think about it.. If they stole money from peoples bank accounts, they would be shut down that same day. It doesn't take years or even months. That's serious stuff. A scam company could never survive all the negative publicity and complaints. So how is it they are still in business??? Nobody can answer that question. Why are they still suing people? Again, if they were a scam or if they did fraudulent or illegal things, they would have been shut down years ago. Remember that.

Got a call from FFG ...said they were a private investigating firm  Stein and Bower. I would be served an affidavit at Fairfax county, Va. where a warrant would be issued for my arrest if I didnt pay $652 which somehow got reduced from $3100 if I pay by 10am the next day. She refused to read the file she claimed to have. Only stating she had already read it.

The posts made from this company stick out like a sore thumb. "I thought this was a home but now they are garnishing my wages! I wish I would have paid them when I had the chance!" Oh no! I'm sorry for this person, thats obviously a legitimate post! Give me a break!

These posts are scare tactics and nothing more. It's possible the scenario they are trying to push could happen to you. What's important is to know the laws in your particular state regarding lawsuits. Some states give companies like this a lot of power over what they can and cannot take. Some states, such as my own, greatly limit what they can touch. If you live in a state where your wages can be garnished or they can go after your car or any of your other personal possessions, it's probably a good idea to work out a deal with this company or seek legal counsel of some sort.

This is unbelievable! I thought these were sham calls so I just kept ignoring them. All the while I played pretend I was being sued in a real court of law! Because my family dogs not have the resources to repay the 300 dollar payday loan I took, the court authorized done unusual practices. First, our pets were auctioned to a satanic cult for ritual sacrifice. My 11 year old prepubescent daughter was forced to give handjobs through craigslist for pennies on the dollar. And my husband is subjected to weekly beatings in front of cheering neighbors who pay good money to frontier financial for the entertainment! Oh my I wish I hadn't taken that payday loan and not paid the bill. When will this nightmare end?
