I got a call on my cell phone regarding credit card debt relief. . I was transferred to nakisha,  asked if I wanted to continue, they asked for $600 or $60.00 to send me the paperwork and for the consultation. When I asked them what it was for she said they would deduct from my first payment but would not tell me what the money was for FINALLY SHE  said yes.

THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD APPLY TO MY CREDITORS BUT WHEN THEY CONVINCED ME TO RECORD MY VOICE THAN THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION!!!

. No fees should be sent to anyone for additional information requested on a company or program

she has been harrasing me telling that i have to pay this amount or else! and that they can take me to court becaues they have my voice accepting!! !  unfortunally i gave many personal information!!
what happends now??
i never signed anything!!!!

    Just to let everyone know Anthony J Blackwell truly is the bottom of the barrel, all the employees there would love to get back to all of you but Mr. Blackwell shut off all the phones and took away everyone's computers not letting them do there jobs. non the less over 15 employees are still owed money for work they did for MR.Blackwell. all the employees there argued day and and day out with him to work on all your files he tells us hes doing his job and wont give any of us any more info. "this is why half the crew quit". all of you and all of the employees are going after this man so hopefully he will lose his license.

    If any of you are serious about pursuing action against consumer law group, please count me in. I'm out of state, but am very interested in taking these guys out. If you are considering a class-action law suit, I want to be in on it.

    I have been dealing with this company since may and they did fire everyone and hire a firm to take care of all the modifications they have. IT is hard to get in touch with them but I got a phone call last night saying that they are hard at work on my modifiction. so we will see if it gets done or not. But I am resting alittle easier to know this guy did not just take my money and run.

    He did take your money and run.  They do not do modifications.  You are the only one that can do that with your bank.  Call anyone at a bank if you dont believe it, a modification would be done within 30 days, not 4 months.  You were scammed.

    i need everyone's HELP
    EVERYONE, I NEED YOUR HELP!!!  Anthony J. Blackwell is shipping your files to Colombia in hopes of them getting taken care of for you over there.  (GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MODIFICATIONS DONE IN COLOMBIA)  He is now also scamming people through a company called "American Freedom Law Group LLC."  I am an ex-employee of Consumer 1st Law Group/Blackwell's Attorneys, which are the same company run by Anthony J. Blackwell.  He has done us employees wrong just as much as he has done you all wrong.  I have contacted the Nassau County grievance committee and they have instructed me to file a grievance against him.  Their number is (631) 231-3775.  I highly suggest that everyone should do the same.  If multiple complaints are filed against him, legal action against him will come faster.  We can not let him get away with what he is doing.  He will just keep opening up new companies and pulling the same scam on more and more people.

    My husband and I also put our faith in this company, one person stands out and his name is Aren Goldfaden, he is an agressive sales person, many times I called with questions and was taken back by his anger. We also gave out all of our information. I have contacted the BBB, still waiting for the results. Please don't feel alone, we came so close to loosing our home, after our last payment was made to consumer first, they dissapeared, no e-mails, phone calls, nothing, infact my e-mails I sent them come back scrambled. Thankfully, I called our bank, explained the situation, they are working with us, it will cost alot to repair this, many over time hours, but they are willing to work with us, of course I highly doubt we will ever see the large sum of money we gave consumer first ever again. But for know our home is safe, no thanks at all to first consumer law group. If you are reading my message, I hope I can save one family from putting there faith into a bunch of cons like these people, Just remember the old saying "If it seems to good to be true, then it is!"

    I really hate to burst your bubble, however, I also received many phone calls in the beginning, mostly about payments, remember? then it became more and more difficult to reach them. Then poof they were gone. Right after they received my last payment.

    Please listen to your gut, these people are fake, they will say anything to you at this point to get you hooked, And they do get alittle angry. Please trust in your gut, if you have a family with you, talk to your bank, they will listen. I lost 3,0000 dollars to this company. My bank did a modification for us, after I explained everything to them for nothing, they did not want to take our home.

    I have contacted your office several times, my e-mails are now scrambled. Seems the only way is here, so I am happy to inform you that the bank is working with us on a modification, they have heard from your company only once in the beginning of this process 5 months ago.     Please contact the better business brueau of new york, I started ther, and have gotten some guidance. I will probable never see a dime of that money again, but I would love to know that I helped someone not loose there home

    I am victom in this scam as well ($2,800) cant get in contact with the Consumer First Law Group.  tortigirl@gmail.com is my email address please contact me if there is something we can do to get this guy in jail for scamming all of these families and stressing them all out.

    We sent Consumer First Law Group a total of 2700.00 and got scammed.  Now all we get is a full voice mail and no return email.  We drove to the NY office very recently only to find out they moved.  Now not only are we out a lot of money, but we have no modification also.  We feel humiliated and foolish and totally violated.  They have all of our personal information.  If there is any suggestions please feel free to email me at rischie@hotmail.com I don't like that they have numerous pages of very personal information.  That thought frightens me.  I would like to know what else I can do to help get these con-artists in trouble.  My husband and I are very upset.
