I got a call on my cell phone regarding credit card debt relief. . I was transferred to nakisha,  asked if I wanted to continue, they asked for $600 or $60.00 to send me the paperwork and for the consultation. When I asked them what it was for she said they would deduct from my first payment but would not tell me what the money was for FINALLY SHE  said yes.

THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD APPLY TO MY CREDITORS BUT WHEN THEY CONVINCED ME TO RECORD MY VOICE THAN THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION!!!

. No fees should be sent to anyone for additional information requested on a company or program

she has been harrasing me telling that i have to pay this amount or else! and that they can take me to court becaues they have my voice accepting!! !  unfortunally i gave many personal information!!
what happends now??
i never signed anything!!!!

    Unfortunately, you are not alone Heather, my wife and I fell for the same scam. I'd like to rip these guys hearts out. If anyone is in process of filing a lawsuit, count us in, I can be contacted at mistabreeze@live.com. Something needs to be done about these SOB's.

    I was also scammed by these jerks $4100 by consumer 1st law group.  I paid the full fee up front and I did not get a modification and I also did not get any call backs after numerous calls to these people.  If anyone starts a suit count me in snigl31@hotmail.com.

    I was a victim of this scam when they were running it under the name HOME SAFE AMERICA.  The closed down home safe america and moved my files to Consumer first and thought I wouldn't realize.  The person who scammed me at home safe was Jake Deloya, and he also  happens to be the owner of Consumer First.  I came across Jake's number and I thought i'd share it with all of you.  Here is the scammer's direct number 516-317-4123.  If anyone files a law suit against him and Blackwell, please include me.  rbsmith1967@gmail.com   I want to see these peasants rot in jail!!

    Anthony J Blackwell is Licensed in Nevada. Contact the Nevada State Bar and put in a complaint and ask for your "Retainer Fee" refunded. Every Bar association has a fund in place for this. In Nevada its called the client's security fund.
    "Clients' Security Fund, contact Lisa McGrane, Client Protection Manager at lisam@nvbar.org or Cathi Britz, Client Protection Coordinator at cathib@nvbar.org."
    This fund is set up to compensate victims of Lawyer theft.

    Make sure you also put in a complaint against him so that he loses his license. The more complaints the better. Stop wasting your time with the BBB it's not going to get you the money back. The Bar association has that power. You never know, he might voluntarily cough up the $$ to save his license.

    Now when I call the 111 extension is someone totally differnt. this is a scam, I spoke with Darwin Martinez and he blew my phone up to get my money, i even told him that i was scared of scams and he said he totally understood and that you should only give money to attroneys. He sent me out a fedex packet and everything. I have confrimation emails and all and now no one returns my calls, Beth Haldas has a bad attitude and told me 3 months ago, look mam these thigs take time, now she wont respond to my email or my calls!!! I hate these lieing ass people. Just know that i am now having to do a short sell on my house through bank of america because these folks have not called me back. How can I get my money back? this is sad that they can do people like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    dont do it, beware of Darwin Martines and Beth and Sharon and whoever else calls your phone, dont trust them i am doing a short sale now after sending them my money and now no one returns calls, it is a scam and Darwin knew that i did not trust this in the first place and they still did me wrong!!!!
