I got a call on my cell phone regarding credit card debt relief. . I was transferred to nakisha,  asked if I wanted to continue, they asked for $600 or $60.00 to send me the paperwork and for the consultation. When I asked them what it was for she said they would deduct from my first payment but would not tell me what the money was for FINALLY SHE  said yes.

THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD APPLY TO MY CREDITORS BUT WHEN THEY CONVINCED ME TO RECORD MY VOICE THAN THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION!!!

. No fees should be sent to anyone for additional information requested on a company or program

she has been harrasing me telling that i have to pay this amount or else! and that they can take me to court becaues they have my voice accepting!! !  unfortunally i gave many personal information!!
what happends now??
i never signed anything!!!!

    Anthony J Blackwell is Licensed in Nevada. Contact the Nevada State Bar and put in a complaint and ask for your "Retainer Fee" refunded. Every Bar association has a fund in place for this. In Nevada its called the client's security fund.
    "Clients' Security Fund, contact Lisa McGrane, Client Protection Manager at lisam@nvbar.org or Cathi Britz, Client Protection Coordinator at cathib@nvbar.org."
    This fund is set up to compensate victims of Lawyer theft.

    Make sure you also put in a complaint against him so that he loses his license. The more complaints the better. Stop wasting your time with the BBB it's not going to get you the money back. The Bar association has that power. You never know, he might voluntarily cough up the $$ to save his license.

    Now when I call the 111 extension is someone totally differnt. this is a scam, I spoke with Darwin Martinez and he blew my phone up to get my money, i even told him that i was scared of scams and he said he totally understood and that you should only give money to attroneys. He sent me out a fedex packet and everything. I have confrimation emails and all and now no one returns my calls, Beth Haldas has a bad attitude and told me 3 months ago, look mam these thigs take time, now she wont respond to my email or my calls!!! I hate these lieing ass people. Just know that i am now having to do a short sell on my house through bank of america because these folks have not called me back. How can I get my money back? this is sad that they can do people like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    dont do it, beware of Darwin Martines and Beth and Sharon and whoever else calls your phone, dont trust them i am doing a short sale now after sending them my money and now no one returns calls, it is a scam and Darwin knew that i did not trust this in the first place and they still did me wrong!!!!

    We were scammed too for $3,500! In trying to contact all the previous folks we dealt with, we are encountering full email boxes and voice mail boxes. Once the money was paid, impossible to reach anyone. Here are the names of the people we dealt with (I bet they are not real names, but in case): Guy Samuel, Janet Eshashoff, and James Anzelone was our Senior case manager.

    I am tring to notify everybody who deal with Anthony Blackwell and Consumer First Law Group that his program is a scam.On Feb.2011 I made a payment of $3300 for this mortage scam.I think its really messed up that these people who scam other people that are tring to make it in this world and do things the ringht way for there family get scammed.I've been to nauusa county to verfiy this guy.And he is not a real lawyer.I am in the forclosure process behind this.I hope they catch him this guy.     i send them over $2600.00 and have not heard anything from them after i got my money I fax them I call them I write letters and I get NOTHING.. Is there anyone out there that can help.... Sharon from N.C.
