Fraudulent Charges

I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

Thank you all for the reviews. I will stay far away from this Company. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

I think most of you ordered these ridiculous things because they go after the sleep deprived at twilight. Even I began to fancy one, and I am not even gay so it might be a bit extravagant. I got some good tips on protecting my credit score and laying down the law with pushy sales staff, so time well spent.. Perhaps. Or sleep would be prudent too.

I agree with most of you all these people are a scam, I received my ring but not the other ring that goes with it.The ring is so fake,I gave it about three weeks at the most and it turned. These frauds need to be brought to justice!!! It is a crime shame that you cant present yourselves as a 100% company. The representatives on the phone were rude and very uneducated. Have mercy on your pittyful souls!!!

I checked them out with the BBB and they are acredited with them and this is what they had to say:
    BBB Accreditation

A BBB Accredited Business since 11/27/2007

BBB has determined that Telebrands meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public.

BBB accreditation does not mean that the business' products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by BBB, or that BBB has made a determination as to the business' product quality or competency in performing services.

      P.S.

And I don't work for them, and I have to admit, I am regretting buying them after reading what your reviews are, but I can bet you one thing, if they screw with me, I never let go until I have it ALL fixed and I plan on calling them tomorrow and ripping them a good one and telling them that they better send me what I paid for, no extra charges, and no crap or they will have a HUGE mark with the BBB! Thank you for your reviews and I am just praying it comes through for me, because I am disabled and live on limited income. But I did check out with the BBB with their name, address etc and they did not have any bad reviews, and any red marks they may have had, they fixed. Keeping fingers crossed. Thanks!

I almost bought the ring but I found it very suspicious and decided to read the comments on the internet. I'm glad to read the comments. I don't understand how they can continue to advertise on TV.
    Thank you all.

Thank you everyone I wanted to order and decided to do some research before placing my order I knew that they are not real diamonds the commercial makes it clear, but charging you more than what they are advertising is a scam ....Thank you everyone for taking your time to warm people like me that were planning to buy  now I know not to order

I thought I would never ever say this, but thank goodness for computers.  Thanks to you all for your replies.  I can't believe this company is still advertising on the television.  I guess they're hoping to reel in the folks who do not have access to computers.  Word of warning...check reviews on everything.  This sounds like a two person company sitting at their home trying to figure out ways to scam innocent people...how about this???  GET A REAL JOB AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE.  You best believe you'll get yours in the end.  That's what BAD people get in the end.  I'm really mad at myself for even wasting my time talking about a worthless company and its staff.

I have ordered from www.betterthandiamond.com and very pleased. You will pay more than $20 but at least they are not scammers. Service was great. I got the Cartier replica diamond band set. Martini earrings always give me compliments.

It should be illegal to call this a Diamond, not even a Synthetic Diamond.
Z4 stands for Cubic Zirconia. All diamonds are made of carbon.
Cubic Zirconia or Z4 has no Carbon whatsoever. It is zirconium dioxide (ZrO2).
It costs only about $1 to produce 1 carat of ZrO2. Check the link below:
