I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h. It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring. Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech. I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day! I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

I would like to say that i ordered 2 sets. I received both with no issues! Sorry you all had a bad experience. My card or account did not get charged but once.
I payed extra 9.99 or what ever that was for 3 to five business day delevery. well It too forever for my order to even show up on the You can track your order thing, Today when i did check it had my address wrong, HMMM I order this ON LINE an typed in my own address. (my guess they do this on purpose so they never even send anything, they just keep you hooked saying you get it. ) I KEEP SAYING GOOD LUCK TRYING TO CHARGE ME I CANCELED MY CARD.
the very day I ordered this ring, I checked the reviews an came across this complaint site, I think there are others. any way,
I canceled my card with in MINs of ordering, so that they could not keep CHARGING ME. NOW as of last week I had made a FRAUD report my bank, TWO TIMES, I call the company, i get an indian man... no matter what you say, or Q. you ask they say Im so sorry mam ... thank your for your patience. I understand your concern. I was told the ring takes 4 to 6 weeks, in same call they saw it was sent out May 2. hmmmmm Im like you work for a fraudulent company who steals peoples money how do you sleep at night? NO answer from him,,,I said if i took your money for a product an never sent it how would you feel. INDIAN MAN oh Miss im so sorry for your inconvenience. talk in circles round an round. like talking to a robot.
today they said they typed in my correct address. said 4 to 6 weeks no charge. Im like F***in right no charge I CANCELED MY CARD. Im like GET A REAL JOB WITH A REAL COMPANY. again they just talk in circles, i was told the FIELDS where you type in your address was to many charters, HOW CONVENIENT FOR YOUR COMPANY. LOTS PEOPLE HAVE LONG ADDRESS.
AN THEN I SAID I PAID EXTRA... for 5 or 6 day delivery, what up with 4 to 6 weeks. OH MAM we TRY an delivery it sooner. then i was told it was sent right then,,,, then back to 4 to 6 weeks, OH an i get 5 dollars back some how, im like NO I canceled my card. he said no its 5.00 off same purchase, im like what. im not ordering jack s*** from your fraud company ever. you can't put no MONEY back on my card, I canceled my card. he just keep talking in circles in Indian accent, apologizing for my inconvenience an my concern about my order. AN REPEATING WHAT I ORDERED AN MY RIGHT ADDRESS..... WT FREAK.... IM LIKE IM GOING to get lawyers, call NBC< CBS< ABC go to social networks an be a PROBLEM for you jack a** company. i did not order an imaginary item. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. GO TO HOME SHOPPING, or even Overstock.com, they get your your stuff PRONTO.
