I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

    I ordered this ring and got it within a week.  The ring looks really cheap so I was very disappointed when I got it, but I guess you get what you pay for.  The commercial and the website make this ring look really nice, but once you receive it it looks like costume jewerly you buy that cost under $5.  VERY DISSATISFIED.....

    Watching the commercial why would anyone even risk buying something so stupid? Go to a costume jewelry store and get one there. That company is bogus! And it's obvious that the positive reviews are the company because they should foreign, repetitive, and dumb.

      I got my ring within 10 days I was charged twice n a 30 dollar ring came to 89 but I'm not sure if it looks real or fake

      I ordered 1 month before valentine's day on January 14, 2013. They said would take 2-3 weeks if I don't receive it by then it will be another complaint. Also, when I tracked my order by entering my order number and last name but it gave another order from a woman in Texas from a year ago!?! WTF

      Well i ordered mines i was scared after the reveiws but it came yesterday maybe people just not pyin for the shipping and handling it takes 2 weeks for them to ship if u go the cheap way out so no tellin when it will come my guurl loved hers

      Wish I would have read these reviews before I was stupid enough to order this ring.  I literally contacted my credit card company after noticing this and other sites which was about 10 minutes after ordering and my CC company now has my account flagged.  There is nothing they can do at the moment because it's still pending but as soon as it's posted, I will not be charged and this company will no longer be able to charge my card....ever.

      The scam is to double charge your card, collect the money and gain interest off it before you realize, then they reimburse. Not everyone will pick these additional charges immediately and with probably millions of people ordering, they are smiling all the way to the bank.

      My fiance ordered the diamond z4 3 weeks ago...he only ordered the ring n band n they offered him free earrings with it...,ot only did I get my gorgeous diamond z4 ring n band with earrings I also received a matching necklace with bracelet....n it cost 100$ to ship 2 Canada...no extra charges on his card n it came in 3 weeks...-m very satisfied with my ring n all the extras....completely worth it btw I don't work 4 the company just a very satisfied customer n would absolutely reccomend getting he diamondz4!!!!

      I ordered this ring on Jan17th after I saw the ad on tv the funds $57 didn't come out my account until Feb 4th I called 800# & was told ring went out on the 4th I called on the 15th & was told ring should be here yesterday the 19th  & they couldn't give me a tracking # well seeing how it didn't I called bank & bank reversed the charges & I also filed a complaint with BBB this company is a scam & I work too hard for my $ BEWARE if you haven't ordered DO NOT ORDER!

      I ordered my ring and recieved it two weeks later.Its absolutely gorgeous. However i put it on one of those prepaid credit cards just like i always do with anything i order off tv or offline. If you are worried about fraudulent charges get one and use that. Im very pleased with my z4 diamond ring!

      When i seen the commercial. for this ring i wanted it soo bad. thanks to everyone's post there is no way i will ever buy this. should of just listened to the husband!!!

      I ordered this ring set, then read reviews on this site and immediately contacted my credit card company to tell them not to charge my account.  My CC company actually did not permit this company to charge my account.  So, eight days after I ordered this ring set, it comes in the mail.  I have to say that I was stunned; not only did they actually arrive, but the rings are beautiful. I had to call my CC company to tell them to permit the charge because I want to keep this set.  I will, however, keep an eye on my CC account, as I always do, to make sure no other charges are made.

      First of all. u all shouldnt be buying this garbage period. Who the heck wants fake diamonds from a comercail like that. come on! use ur brains. i hope u all learned.

        I really wish y'all would learn how to spell, I ordered my ring it took about a month to get here and yea they tried to sell me different things but that salesman pitch mess doesn't work in me, but no extra charges or anything like that after 27 or so days it arrived in the mail it's really beautiful

      I ordered this ring on 2/27/13. After waiting a week I decided to check my order status. When I ordered it, I checked my bank and it showed that they had hit my account for the $57. When I checked my status the payment was gone. So i called to see why it showed that and then it was gone. I was told it was just a pre-authorization to make sure it was a real account and that my ring was on back order. They said they would charge my account when it shipped. Well I had recently moved and thought I gave the wrong address so when I updated the address it cancelled out my first order and started a new order. RIDICULOUS!!! Anyway, I have been periodically checking my status when I came across all of these reviews. I checked my bank account and it actually showed a credit from them not a charge, so I cancelled the card that I used to order the ring to ensure no extra charges. Thank you everyone for your feed back. It looked like a beautiful ring, but not worth the potential hassle.

      i ordered this ring it took about two weeks maybe three but when it finally came i was one happy camper with all these complants and all but it is a beautiful ring and it turned my girs finger green how embarrassed was i but              ( I DID GET THE RING)-( PREPAID WALWART CARD)-(NO OVER CHARGE)
