I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

    I order this ring about a month ago and my account was charged 26.99 I received it yesterday. It's so beautiful looks even better than the diamond ring that my husband bought me 3 years ago. I'm keeping it and sorry for all the other women who for ripped off.

    I was thinking about ordering this ring to wear it as custome jewery. After reading these comments and fradulent charges, I might change my mind. It's better to order the ring on a credit card. The order can be disputed immediately.

    I ordered this ring two months ago and have not yet received it.  I decided to look now at the reviews and am in totat dismay.  I need my money back because they have charged my credit card.

      I feel your pain I ordered 2 days ago I thought I was being charged 33 dollars and 98 cents I checked my account today I was charged 162 dollars! !!   I am very angry and I'm canceling my order

    I ordered the Cz ring set about 6 weeks ago and still haven't received it. When I checked the status it said they were experiencing difficulty processing my order...wtf does that mean?? I really hope when I call them Monday its a ligit reason. I payed with a prepayed card so at least they can't get anymore than what I was charged for just the ring set!

      I also ordered with a prepaid credit card but u should be worried about over draft fees cuz they can still charger ur card even if there's no money on it and as soon as u reload it again they take the money

        If you want to  try to get this ring, the best thing to do is to purchase a visa or mastercard for the price of the ring.  That way they can not continue to charge your credit card and you don't have to worry about overdraft fees or canceling your card.  When I order things from companies that I am not sure about, I always purchase a visa or mastercard for just a little over the amount of your purchase

        Simple solution...don't reload your card, get a new one.

      That is great that you used a prepaid card!  I suggested that in my earlier post where I let tishambe have it because I'm sure he works for the company.  Good for you for being a knowledgeable consumer!

    I am thinking about ordering it despite of the complaints but I am greatful for the feedback. You should guys sign up for PayPal MC and every online purchase you make if discrepancy occures you can fight it immidiately. Next PayPal contacts the other party and they have a certain amount of time to respond. PayPal customer service works in your favor when someone is trying to rip you off. Best of all they don't have any of your personal info. I see that they don't accept paypal in general but once you pay with your paypal card is just as using any other card but you have better protection against scammers.

      Be very wary when you see "We do not accept PayPal".
