OMG! I have complained numerous times on the do not call registry and I don't carry credit cards! Why do these psychos keep calling me. I even do the wait to speak to a rep thing and tell them to quit calling me, yet they don't. Even tell them each time they call I have complained on them. I have a good resource to look at. Bigdog, I tried the number you sent out and it doesn't work. So, let's look at filing complaints w/ the Fed Trade Commission. Had to do that w/ another company not long ago and low and behold, the psycho calls stopped, even though it's a lender of mine. They don't have the right to call 8-12 times a day when I set up payments for a date in a few days on auto draft and still keep psycho calling more that same day. So, the Fed Trade Commission will help. Easy to find online, you can file a complaint online. I am going to do so about Card Holder Services. UNREAL the calls I am getting from them. Well, give them one thing, I can understand them as their English is perfect ... perfect enough to understand quit f-ing calling me! They hang up every single time.

THIS WORKS!!!!! For all of you who have had problems with “CARD HOLDER SERVICES”. The company is Terremark Co. it is owned by Verizon Communications Inc. and Lowell C. McAdam is the CEO. They are located at 140 West St. NY,NY. 10007. Call this number and ask for Demetrius Polinick who is the ceo’s mouthpiece for Verizon. The number is 888-483-7770. I have just called and the lady that answered the phone said that Demetrius was out of the office, that I needed to leave a message and he would return my call in the morning. She said that there has been a class act lawsuit filed against Card Services as of last week and Demetrius would help me with the situation to get this resolved.

I tried everything and finally wised up.  I got out my boy scout whistle and waited for the call.  Then I pressed option one to speak with a representative.  When I heard Hello I blew the whistle long, hard, and hung up.  Now that felt good!

I don't have a Boy Scout whistle, but I waited to speak to someone and said "I'm going to stab you people." The woman on the other end said "Oh, how exciting, ma'am" and hung up. Probably gets that a lot. You'd think after it happened enough times, THEY WOULD GET A CLUE.

I've gotten this call many times, but never really had the chance to yank around the scammer much. I figure that the longer I can keep them on the line, the less time they have to scam someone that would actually fall for this (and it's more fun than pressing 3 to get off of the calling list). The first time I did it, I gave them fake info, and complained about not being able to find a recent credit card statement. This time I took the approach of being the worried guy that had to make sure that nothing was wrong with my account or standing, like it said in the message. I got the person at the other end so angry, she ended up saying: "Have a nice day, have a blast, and next time press 3 dumb_ss!" Which proves how much of a scam it is, because no real customer service person would be so rude. Give them fake info, ask them questions, just as long as the don't get a chance to scam the people that don't realize it's a scam.

I just called the number listed.  There is a Demetrius Polinick working at this office, but the company has nothing to do with Card Holder Services.  The receptionist said this information is incorrect and that there is a write-up on it on the FTCs web site.  Kipp, you need to post factual information, not lies.

Keri, The number I received was a wireless caller is 407-429-9999 it's out of Orlando Fl. They left a meaasge saying CARD HOLDER SERVICES but left no name. They must have 100's of different numbers. Go to Spokeo. Com. You can find out where the area code is from and sometimes who has that number. Try it every time you get a call. Also write down everytime you get an unfamilar area code then report it after awhile.

Contacted the number listed, and they deny having any connection to card holder services or Terremark Co as is referenced in your post. Contact was in fact Verizon, and the contact was made on May 15, 2012. I was referred to the FTC web site.

This is not the right person to call. The calls are rerouted from a foreign country.

I just got a call from Card Holder Services with the number 424-273-2029.  They must be stationed everywhere and it must be lucritive for them or they would have stopped this long ago.  Not only do I pay for an unlisted number, but I'm also on the do not call list.   I would love to get my hands on them!!!
