I am on the national "do not call" list budget repeated calls from "Rachael". The "opt out to future calls" option does not work.
these people need to be put out of business.

I get these calls daily and sometimes several a day.  I get them on my home phone and cell phone.  I'm on the 'do not call registry' to and it doesn't matter.  I pressed the button to talk to someone and they hung up.  I've had enough!  They need prosecuted and put out of business.  If a law suit would help, that would be great!  They come at different times.  Someone has to have information on how to get rid of the calls.

I work at an elementary school and continuously get these calls.  Any time I wait to talk to a person and ask that they remove our number the person hangs up on me!  I just got hung up on by Melissa this time.

The Do Not Call Registry website is useless to file a complaint if you don't have a call back number but you can call the Do Not Call Registry hotline at 1-888-382-1222. No idea if it actually does anything.

Card Holder Services will not stop calling my cell phone.  My number is with the Do Not Call Registry and i have filed numerous complaints with them.  Perhaps they are the problem if they cannot stop this menance.

Card Holder Service phone number appears as 801-647-0293
If you call back you get a full mailbox.

You had better luck than me!  I dialed 1 on 2 occasions, got a live person and as soon as I politely asked to be removed from the list, they hung up on me!

Calling these idiots back has been fun.  For some reason when I tell them I "lost" the credit card they tell me "you mean the gift card."  GIFT CARD - scam.

I have received repeated calls on both my home and cellular phone.  Both of my phones are on the DO NOT CALL list.  I have been able to speak with a person one time on each of my phones.  When you tell them not to call you again, they hang up and then call again under a different number.  This company is clearly use spoof numbers to appear on the caller ID that clearly are not their numbers.

When will the FTC or FBI get involved in this??? How many people have to post on the internet for them to finally get a grip that these people are violating federal law as well as harrassing people continuously!!!

I finally took my own advise.  Got a call from Rachel yesterday.  I pressed 3 and got a person on the other end.  As soon as she started her pitch, I blew a loud whistle into the phone and then hung up on her!  I am not sure if this will stop the calls but it sure felt GREAT!  I recommend this to everyone.

I've been getting these calls for about a year. I now have a small air horn by the phone and when a live person gets on the line I blow it into the receiver. Needless to say they hang up right away. I doesn't do any good, but relieves a lot of frustration. I'm surprised that the FTC hasn't been able to locate these people by now, they've been making these calls around the country for over a year now! I don't think the FTC really cares. Our tax dollars at work!

We get a call about once a day. I am so sick of it! I have started writing down the date and time of every call in a log book. When we sue them, it's like $250 fine per call, isn't it? I also have put our # on the 'Do not call' list, several times. One of the dudes even argued with me when I told him I didn't have any credit cards. He asked "Are you sure? Your PROFILE says you do....."  Now where did a "Profile" come from, & what's he doing with it???
I have started to ask each and every operator how I can get a job with their company. I have had some very interesting and lively conversations. I sometimes even try to sell them "something".......he,he,he,he,
Yeah, let's sue the pants off 'em!!

The BBB review is for a gift card services for visa, the other numbers that call are jerks and I have asked to be off the list months ago and just recently started to get calls in the last two days from a Wisconsin and an Utah number.

Call and act like a idiot to them, it is pretty funny. 1(877)888-9955 is the number, just press 1 to talk to a live person. Say whatever you want to them because the way they treat us over the phone we should do the same. If you are worried about your number showing up dial *67 before the number to block yours from showing. Wish everyone would call at the same time on the same day to overload their call center, maybe then they will give up. So if you are having a bad day just call them and take it out on them as I see it.

Rachel from card holders services keeps calling.  Repeated  requests to stop calling are ignored. This is definitely harassment!

I have tried to have their number blocked but every time they call it's from a different number. When I try to speak with them they just hang up.

Called them today, and "customer service" can't do anything.  They say mail P.O. Box 550160, Fort Laurdale, FL 33355 or file a police report.  What garbage.

They call from different phone numbers each time.  It doesn't do any good to report them.  I started by reporting them on the Donotcall.gov website, but it does nothing.  They are a scam!  They just want information.  I got an idea I'm going to try.  I read on a website to press 1 to speak to them and then blow an airhorn into the phone.  I can't wait to try it.  The lady that said she used the airhorn said she doesn't get any more calls.

I just got my 10,000,000th phone call from this company today. i finally decided to answer this #. I was told the same thing about the 1percent interest. Then she started asking me personal info. i told her that i didnt know of this company and did feel comfortable giving her my info. bc there too many scams out there. she then proceded to scream "well just die in debt then, [***]" and hung up on me. Really did this girl just say that to me??????? I am sooooo hot right now. Im will file for harsement.
