I am on the national "do not call" list budget repeated calls from "Rachael". The "opt out to future calls" option does not work.
these people need to be put out of business.

    Thank you mister bigdog!! I called that number you have here and the first thing they said was were you calling to lower your interest rate.So i believe you have gotten the right people.I told them no that i was dying of liver cancer and my phone was hooked up with the monitors at the hospital so i needed the phone line tobe open i gave them my name.They said they wouldn't call me anymore.They called me tonight at 8:30 pm.The number that popped up on my id was the ftc do not call list.They spoofed their number, when i dialed them back i had a recording from the do not call registry.Thats why they been getting away with it.Thank you so very much really appreciate it.Now i can fight and die in peace!!!

      THIS WORKS!!!!! For all of you who have had problems with “CARD HOLDER SERVICES”. The company is Terremark Co. it is owned by Verizon Communications Inc. and Lowell C. McAdam is the CEO. They are located at 140 West St. NY,NY. 10007. Call this number and ask for Demetrius Polinick who is the ceo’s mouthpiece for Verizon. The number is 888-483-7770. I have just called and the lady that answered the phone said that Demetrius was out of the office, that I needed to leave a message and he would return my call in the morning. She said that there has been a class act lawsuit filed against Card Services as of last week and Demetrius would help me with the situation to get this resolved.

        Kipp, I called that number and actually spoke to Demitrius himself. He was very polite and told me that he gets hundreds of calls a day complaining about Cardholder Services, but unfortunately, his company has nothing to do with it. I believe him.

    I just called the number...and they said "you called us, we didn't call you."  I said oh yes you did today and yesterday.  He said, "we don't have a Rachel working here."  I replied that it was a recording and I wanted to be taken off the list! His tone changed and he said he would take care of it!

      Got a call at 8:10 tonight and was told they could lower my interest rates to as low as 1%. I asked if they were a bank and they said they are the people I pay my bill to (they did not say what bill). Caller ID said rollover services.  I am on national do not call list.

      Make sure you do not pay any upfront/deposit fees. Watch who you give confidential information to. Check calling companies on the internet, directories, better business bureaus, etc.

      I get 3 or 4 calls a day and am sick of answering the card holder companies unrequested, annoying calls.  I am also on the do not call list.  What does that mean when I get harassed anyway?

          I called and this is not the company. they said that many people are calling and complainning but they do not own Rachel recorder.

          The number that was posted for Verizon is a good number....however Verizon and Terremark has nothing to do with CHS.  I talked with Mr. Polinick and he himself has been getting calls from CHS as well as others who have called him to complain about CHS.  The best advice he could give me was to contact the FCC as well as the FTC.

          5 calls a day from card holders services and they leave messages on my voice mail also, so sick and tired of this crap  I have given up on calling around and I am now going to keep calling Better business  every time I get one of  c.h.s. calls If I call the bbb maybe something will be done about it. Keeping fingers crossed.

            yes skempf I also called and got another promo recording everything is a scam anymore, apparantly including the National Do Not Call Resgistry.  I have filled my call blocking with "Bridget from Cardholder Services" This needs national media attention and needs to come to a stop.

      These people are almost as annoying as the ROBO political calls.....
      Of course I get to insult Newt's people and it kind makes it fun.
      I inquire about a line of credit at Tiffanys and they hang up on me..

      It's only fair right?

      National DO NOT  CALL is apparently not working on cell phones.

      I receive these calls multiple times a day, on my house phone and my cell phone, everytime I try to talk to someone to remove myself from the list they are rude and hang up or just hang up on me. I have even gone so far as to tell them I have no credit cards so my interest rate is 0. If they can get lower than that then they could sign me up. I am so sick of these calls all the time. And now they not only have Rachel, but now they also have Bridget. So watch out people!! How can we get rid of these calls for good?? Is there a way to press the phone harrassment issue? How could we do that if they call from disguised phone numbers? Please help!

          Hi Kipp; This information is not correct, I called Mr. Polinick…Verizon and Terremark are not associated with CHS.
