I am on the national "do not call" list budget repeated calls from "Rachael". The "opt out to future calls" option does not work.
these people need to be put out of business.

Would it do any good to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division?       Rachael is driving me nuts!!!!!

Thought we were alone on this one!! So sorry to hear that sooo many people are having the same issues that we are.  Would love to sue or report or whatever to get them from calling.  You would think that they would stop calling if you weren't interested & wasting their time by asking to be taken off the list.  What's the deal ~ do they get paid by the number of people they actually talk to????

I was getting one call a day when I complained they started calling me at least four times a day from 6am to 10pm.

How do we get this to stop.

I also have had numerous phone calls regardless of pushing 3 or by speaking to a person to get me off the call list. Tonight the person just hung up on me. Does anyone know the real company name that is doing this and where they are located?

I have been plagued by them for several years. So far it has not done any good to talk with anyone there. I suspect they are an offshore outfit so it makes them easy to get around the do not call list.

    That's interesting !  I have a caller ID   and have blocked at least  f i v e
d i f f e r e n t    numbers from them yet i'm still receiving calls from them.  I  too am on the "Do Not Call"  lists for home   a n d   cell phone numbers.  Havent been getting any calls from them on my cell though.

If anyone comes up with a solution   p l e a s e   let me and everyone here know.

I would be interested in joining a class action suit. My cell number is Chicago based, but I live in California therefore I often get calls at 7 am!  Talk about annoying!  I called the number listed in a post above and the gentleman said that he would take me off the list for HIS branch but could do nothing about the other branches.  Good luck!

Just called the number mentioned above. Asked the man how to keep from getting calls and he said ask nicely. I asked him to please stop calling my cell and he said he would remove my name from the list. I thanked him, went to continue helping my grand daughter with her home work and the cell rang again from the number I had just dialed.
If anyone knows where these people are located, where they operate out of or where they live please let me know. Thanks.

Yet again today I received another call from card holder services on my cell phone and had Rachel hang up on me - again.  Before caller ID, if you received a crank call you would blow a whistle or airhorn into the receiver and give the caller an earfull. Look out Rachel!

Has anyone ever determined exactly what service, if any, this outfit offers?  Do they really have some connection to credit cards; that is, is Cardholder Services a credit card company, or loan company?  I've found, I think, that the best thing to do is always to hang up.  Believe it or not, some of these scumballs are smart enough not to waste time calling someone who hangs up.

A possible solution.... waste their time!!  Harrass them Back, they hate taking an application to discover that you don't earn $750,000/year!!!!! It's a numbers game for them!!!!   Be sure to tell them that all the information that you have given them is false and you are intentionally wasting their time, then laugh at them!!! If your number becomes a waste of time, they will remove you from their cold call list. Become proactive, call them every day !!  If enough people flood them with calls every day, they may become paralyzed and unable to call others.  They might decide that their immoral ways are no good and change them!! National do not call registry is another scam for some idiots to get salaries for doing nothing.  It has become the American way...lie, cheat, and defraud...no wonder our economy is in a shamble!!!

Yes, I would like to be involved in a class action lawsuit.  They call me at least 3 times daily from different numbers most of whom are listed with do not call registry which I am beginning to think is a farce itself.

877 888 9955 found this number through the BBB web page, not the office that harasses people but with sufficent threats their supervisers can be encouraged to make sure the company as a whole stops bothering you
