They harassed me repeatedly and finally got into a screaming match with this jerk from Cardholder srevices. Now they give out my number telling people it's the number to call to opt out from their calls. Anyway I can help to bury these people will gladly do so.

I am so in, surprised a class action suit is not already underway.  I am reading the dates on these posts and this has been going on for at least 5 years. I have been being harrassed by "Bridget from Cardholder serviices" for almost a year now.

Yes, would love to sue these people - also on "do not call list" - does not work - pressed 3 to get off the call list - doesn't work - pressed # to get to rep - when I told him tired of calls, he hung up - Something must be done with these people

the number bigdog posted is a valid number... called this number after receiving another call from a Smart a$$ telemarketer from cardholder services. Told them what the caller said to me and that if i received 1more call from cardholder services i was filing an complaint with the attorney general. They assured me they would remove my number. We will see if they do. I will be contacting the AG is i receive 1 more call from them.

Call you telephone company and have them blocked. Or you can report them to the police, file a formal complaint and get a police report. Fax it to your telephone company and request for the caller's information. Then pursue lgal action. :) That's what I did, too.

And oh, by the way, I reported the phone number at http://www.callercenter.com. Gets them blacklisted by everyone else.

Here is a Better Business Bureau Review with their numbers.

Fax them an IRS publication and run their paper out.
