I am on the national "do not call" list budget repeated calls from "Rachael". The "opt out to future calls" option does not work.
these people need to be put out of business.

I am also on the national DNC registry and I get calls from Rachel and Tiffany all the time.  It drives me nuts.  I just received one and finally filed a complaint on the DNC registry site for this company. I've been on the DNC list for 3 years and this is the only company that has ever called, drives me nuts.

Yeah, right...our government will protect us. Not the Obama administration. After all, this is the only kind of jobs that his policies are capable of creating.

I have talked to their representative and told them they are breaking the law.  After a string of swear words I was told that they don't care because they are calling from outside of the US and the US government can't do anything to stop them.  Then the rep slammed the phone down, hanging up on me.  They call from a wide range of different numbers so you can't tell it is them.

My suggestion, select the option to talk to a rep; tell them your wife (husband) handles the finances for the family but you think they would be interested in getting your interest rate lowered.  Then tell them you will go and get her (him) and lay the phone down.  It will take them a minute or more before they hang up.  At least you are keeping them tied up so their time is wasted just as they wasted your time.

Otherwise, just hang up and forget it because we can't stop them.

I receive these calls even after pressing #3 like everyone else.  They stimulate my imagination.  I fantasize about catching the bosses of this outfit and lining them up for a public flogging, immediately after being publicly waterboarded.

I too got there call. Recently seems they changes the operator name though, now instead of Rachael it's Tiffany. Message remains the same, number keeps changing. I think they have some sort of online calling where they can put any number on the call and keep calling people trying to steal there details.

Card Holder Services Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.(877) 888-9955. You won't get the corporate office, but you can have a lovely chat with my man Neville in Mumbai. His Engrish is pretty good though he needs help with the idioms, who doesn't. Marie is his supervisor, did you know India was ruled by Britain for over 150 years? These are just some of the fun topics we talked about on the 40th or 50th time I called them. Oh, if you don't want to enter a card number just press #. This is not a solution but it sure feels good.

Yesterday I had some time on my hands, so when they called I played along with them. My goal was to keep them on the phone for as long as possible. "Yes" I claimed, I was very interested in lowering my interest rates. She claimed that she was not a 3rd party trying to get my information, She just needed the account number of my visa that starts with 4, so I made up a number. She needed my billing zip code, so I made that up, too. When the number came up invalid after she tried it several times, she transferred me to her manager "Alan". I repeated the number to him, claimed my eyesight is not that good, maybe I mixed up the numbers, got him to try a few more times. In the meantime, he was asking how much I owed on the card, what was the credit limit, and what was my minimum payment. I made up answers for all of it, and pleaded with him to help me. He said he could guarantee that I would save $2500 by using their service, and they would just charge their $690 fee to my card so I would have to pay anything up front. He tried the number again for good measure.

When I was tired of playing with them, I told him that I made all of it up just to waste his time. He laughed at being had, claiming "I knew it, I knew it!"

Hi! I too, have gotten approximately 20 different numbers from them in the past. Usually, the CID is different than what it was the last time.
Today, 1/25/2012, I got a call from them actually identifying themselves as Card Holder Services.
I called a telephone number that was listed in another person's comments and found that they did actually have a company name. I left a name and a number for them to call to tell them that I was interested in finding out who they were.
Heart-felt best wishes to you and others in finding out who these scumbags really are and closing this scam down.

They will not remove your name from the list if you spoof them back, they will just keep calling you.

I get these calls daily and sometimes several a day.  I get them on my home phone and cell phone.  I'm on the 'do not call registry' to and it doesn't matter.  I pressed the button to talk to someone and they hung up.  I've had enough!  They need prosecuted and put out of business.  If a law suit would help, that would be great!  They come at different times.  Someone has to have information on how to get rid of the calls.

I work at an elementary school and continuously get these calls.  Any time I wait to talk to a person and ask that they remove our number the person hangs up on me!  I just got hung up on by Melissa this time.

The Do Not Call Registry website is useless to file a complaint if you don't have a call back number but you can call the Do Not Call Registry hotline at 1-888-382-1222. No idea if it actually does anything.
