I want a refund of 29.99 back into my account

Supposedly I had a postcard I called on. They claimed I would be sent a package to read over and try out. I read over and I did not like it, I did not go on line.  I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. I am not in business or have any intentions of doing business.  Please refund my money

It is not a hoax, I am a single mother of 3 and I got the same postcard and called the same number and received the manual which I paid $3.91 for shipping and handling.  I decided to give it a shot and work really hard and now I am a successful owner of my own refund processing business which I do from my own home.  They provide me with the tools that enable me to do my job successfully and efficiently.

Maybe you guys did not listen to the recording or read the materials that came with the manual because I was fully aware that I was in a 15 day free trial and if I did not want to be charged I would have to call and cancel before the trial was over.

I ordered the smarttools pkg., and have been using it for about 1 and a half months. You have to really take the time to read the tutorials and get a clear understanding of how it all works. I've sent out about 60 intro ltrs. Four have been returned to me as undeliverable. However, I feel like the more you send out, your chances are greater to get started processing refunds. The tutorials tell you that 2% of those will actually get to be processed as refunds. I have faith that it will yield profits if I stick with it. Don't give up!

Best way we found is to stop the payments by your credit card comapny or bank, and even change your credit card numbers if necessary.

i went for it.  im working on one good prospect i had to locate through a family member living on the next block.  ill let y'all know if it works out.  i have another im working at on foot also.  no contact yet.  i also have several i'll be mailing to.  i paid the 29.99 to use smarttools list.  if i can make money on any of these, i'll pay the 150.00 to access their search site.  you don't have enough time to actually get paid for a claim within the 15 day trial period, before you're sure the process works. i guess ill just risk the 3.00, and the 29.99.  i did use a prepaid visa card that now has a balance of 3.00 on it.

I have had 15 letters out now for about 2 months, even had a lawyer call me today and wanted to just what it was all about. I have not had one letter come back yet the lawyer said that if it is from H.U.D. then there should be a letter from them.  I am with on the work from home and feeling good about helping other people and I like it and would like to get hooked up with people locating program but I have not had anyone send one back yet. They even sent me a postcard with everyone picture and name on it so when I call I can see who I am talking too.  I really hope this will work thanks for your comments. so ready
I am so ready to do this.  I feel it is great opportunity for me. I've been looking for extra income to support my lifestyle. I have gone as far as getting another phone line, email, return address, post office box, etc. But also need to know if this is a scam. I have gone to hud listing per state and or city. Found many that qualify. Love the letter merge of information at you finger tips. Ready to move forward but I'm reading all the negitive feedback and wonder. Need to do research before I jump. I need it to be real so I can life my dream.

    EYES OPEN
I am in my 15 day trial for Smart Tools. I have read the manual, watched the video--twice, and now I'm doing some research on the legitimacy of this business. This is what I have come up with. Having worked with many legal forms, legal transactions and research in the legal arena, I am inclined to lean toward the positive on this business. It doesn't make me scam proof, by any means. I've been scammed too. But the information and legal forms seem to cover all that is needed and is pretty much error free. No business is going to just lay itself out there and work for you. You must accept the fact that a business is going to take consistant, hard work. There will always be expenses (which you can claim at tax time). You must think logically and carefully about whether or not it all makes sense as a whole. I also know that if you don't want to waste a lot of time and money, needlessly, you MUST be sure of your client target. ( In this case, the person receiving the refund.) Researching the current information BEFORE initial contact can keep you from wasting your time and money. Can you research information to obtain current contact information on people without spending money? Highly unlikely. Actually....NO. I have read all of the comments so far, and there is one fairly consistant thing I have noticed. There have been comments supporting the business, and comments condemning the Smart Tools business. The positive comments appear to be written from a good experience by individuals that went into it with eyes open. AND there was a minimal amount of grammitical errors in what they wrote. The condemning individuals seemed to be writing from emotion and in some cases, dissapointment that it wasn't easy. There were also many errors in spelling, grammar and typos.I don't know about any of you, but that says a lot to me. Thanks for 'listening'.  bk

Am getting ready to take this on as I have done research and much of what I researched is on this website.  Could you give me your name and email so that i know you are not from Smart Tools itself, please.

Please go to BBB.com and type in "Smart Tools LLC". THEY HAVE AN "F" RATING!! The best path to riches is through education -- both formal and self-study. Learn, learn, learn! Nobody out in the real world has any interest in making you rich. Why on Earth would they!?!?!?? They are interested in making themselves money. You need to remember this always.

THERE IS NO EASY ROAD TO WEALTH (unless you're willing to sellout your ethics, morals and soul)!!!!!!!

Do you work for this so called company? Your very positive tone makes me wonder?

Please go to BBB.com and type in "Smart Tools LLC". THEY HAVE AN "F" RATING!!
Even from my college days I remember an "F" as meaning you fail. Am I educated enough for you??

Then learn from the mistake. If you don't know by now, the World is full of wolves that will devour sheep without a blink of an eye. You need to learn how to spot the wolf. It doesn't take a Harvard or Yale education. In fact many of them are wolves too!!! Look at our past several Presidents ... it's always Harvard/Yale and Lawyer/Politician. As a population we keep repeating the same mistakes. WHY DO YOU THINK THE WOLVES CONTINUE TO MULTIPLY!!!! Bernie Madoff ... people just blindly trusted him because other rich people we're putting their money in his hands.

You need to be more skeptical, cynical ... it's not a quality that people will praise (generally, people always want to think the best of others) ... but it is a characteristic that will help you survive and maybe prosper. This is especially important in business and finance. I could go on all day because I have read and studied extensively on all like maters. Please, invest in yourself. Educate yourself. Best of luck!

I did do my research and what I found was you should run from this offer quick as a bolt of lighting it is a SCAM!!!!!! I called  the BBB of Idaho and they had no record of a business in Idaho named SMART TOOLS OR MY SMART TOOLS. The funny thing is well maybe not funny but I also did Google Earth to locate the address to find out exactly where the address was located guess what it is in the middle of a highway so no such address exists???  I also went to the website and could not get anywhere with it either,  My mother was the one that received this information or should I say paid for this information of course her date of return and their date of return was two different days,  Most of the people these scums are targeting the pass 60 years old,  It is ashamed that there are such low down dirty scums like this around so Thank all of you that put your information out for others to read and help make better decisions about this kind of garbage.  I hope this helped someone too.  Jane

I will tell from my research the people writing the good comments about Sharp Tools are probably the people who are doing the scam you will see they are a whole lot more complaint than good ones just be careful and do your own research I wish you all the best.
