I want a refund of 29.99 back into my account

Supposedly I had a postcard I called on. They claimed I would be sent a package to read over and try out. I read over and I did not like it, I did not go on line.  I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. I am not in business or have any intentions of doing business.  Please refund my money

Hello...I received that postcard...a pink one.  If you go to the website...it does have a place for you to register.  I called the 800# and spoke with a gentleman about this information I received.  I checked out the website, by the way, I am still with in my free trial period.  I gained access to the customer list of potential people who are to receive refunds.  I was very skeptical, and asked why I would have to pay the fee to gain access to this list...If you research it, you have to pay for this list, no matter who you are working with.  That list is not free.  Depending on how much you pay, will determine the size of these lists.  I was able to gain access to 67 names just in my zip code.  The only problem I have with it all, is that you have to depend on the person receiving this refund to pay you the 25% processing fee.  They sign and notorize a form that they send back to you agreeing to this fee, however, there my be a lot of follow up, which means a lot of time on your part.  I am still researching to see how legite the list is that I have access to, and I am also calling HUD to see if they can give me some guidance and verificiation of these names.  Stay tuned....

Have the same concern as u about getting paid for your services.  Was told that if u didnot receive payment, u could go to small claims.

First attempt to know who would be the "principal" for who the refund processing would be done and got a "dance around" answer; same for other questions. I said NO to their offer for a $476 a year software after they had captured mu debit card number for an information kit's shipping and handling cost. Perhaps I should cancel  my card before they hit me with fraudulent charges. What od you think?

I have had problems  with these companies getting my debit card and then making more charges, but they are usually in China or Hong Kong.  Every time I have filed a dispute with my bank about these charges, I have had them reversed.  It occurred to me that this is a clever way for some companies to essentially borrow money and use it for two weeks..........or more........and then paying it back.  Often, many people do not even protest, so it is free money.

I am answering some your questions.  I have talked to the lady on the video.  And i have found of friend of the my family that money is owed to. Then i did reach a client that money is owed to,but yet she has not called me back yet. I have been a bit sceptical also, but i am going to see if the i can get hold of HUD? FHA. I know aman that I talked to about several months ago. One thing about this I will give it a tryand see if it is worth my time if not i will have to0 get with you all and file a civil matter. Here's a word of advice go to your navigating system and try and view the area where the address is located. You can find the company maybe or the house of the person who has set this up. I have went and purchased a computer and printer.I will want to be re-imbursed for the equipment and the time i have been investing in this program.

I received my pink card yesterday...it stated FINAL NOTICE this is what caught my eye, trying to make some extra money, I called the number and of course they make it sound good, I also ask the lady if this was legit...she stated yes.  After reading the reviews here, I'm going to have my bank to stop any charges that maybe coming through from this company, it may not have the name SMART TOOL as the name when it hits my account, so I think i'm going to close this account all together and get a new card.  Please keep me posted as to what you find out.  Thanks  Toni.hall1@hotmail.com

Awesome work! You have done a lot of the leg work with information that most of us do not have. For example the lady I spoke with told me the packet was totally free and all I had to pay was the fee to cover shipping of the packet.

I did this kind of work back in the 80's. And, you are right, the catch is to convince the people due the refund to sign the agreement to give you your %. And also there is a lot of leg work to take care of...locating and tracking down these people on the list. Many have already moved on and are not able to be located.

I remember talking to one gentleman who was somewhat skeptical and after all the questioning he decided to seek out his money on his own instead of share it with me.

Also, a lot of these "refunds" are too small to even consider chasing over. You would spend more in trying to locate them that your %.

And, like the sharks say "for that reason I am out. "

Hopefully the refunds are well worth it in these economic times. You would be able to help out a lot of families. It would be a welcomed surprise for many. Best of luck.
