I want a refund of 29.99 back into my account

Supposedly I had a postcard I called on. They claimed I would be sent a package to read over and try out. I read over and I did not like it, I did not go on line.  I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. I am not in business or have any intentions of doing business.  Please refund my money

    Good news everyone! I had just called customer support (866)798-0432 to discontinue my Smart Tools membership of $29.99 p/mo.  I realized this wasn't for me after getting the membership, but then forgot to call them to cancel it!!  I received quick and courteous assistance.  I called the initial startup number, a gentleman came on, I told him I need to discontinue, he gave me the number above, a woman picked up, I told her I needed to discontinue, not only did she cancel it for me, but she said she would credit the money back to my card for the last payment that was removed, since it was removed just yesterday, without me even asking her to!!  I am very pleased with the way they handled my request quickly and without any problems!

    I've tried this company and its all aboutbhow much effort one puts in! If u chase these people down and show them u have legit money for them! They will want it and they will pay! Its like the income tax specialists! One could easily file their own taxes and go thru the hassle and the wait! But most americans don't we use jackson Hewitt and h&  r block and other various ways to "professional" file! So in short this program will work its just like any other start up company! It takes alot of time, effort, and patience to get profit! Stop posting negative comments about things u don't understand! Dis discussion board might as well b about big foot or aliens! Because seems to me people get a glimpse of the company and run for the hills! Thank you! It makes for a better market for the ones of us who want to make money from home

    Hi, I paid Smart Tools money to receive a list of names of people that were due a refund on their home through HUD. I called and cancel the program in 30 days or less, the company eventually stop taking the $39.99 out of my account and started taking it back out again without my permission. I kept getting emails that they were unable to take the money out of the account, I just deleted all of their emails since I knew that I had cancelled that account. I have recently filed a police report put a block on my account, and cancelled my debit/credit card. I hope that all of these scammers are prosecuted for scamming innocent people that is trying to make a legitimate income.

Used public library to view the info..Joined the club, bought new computer, got internet, soon as i did all this system is temporarily down this, system is temporarily down that, after they got what they wanted, my money, it went down. Am checking from time to time to see if the system is up again but still down, it's been a month already. I called, wasn't to nice about it, All she could say is nothing but "I feel your frustration", comma. I called about my concern, and money, to see if things get taken care of, before I legally do something abou it. So you can read this and make your decision about this so called company.

    I have just signed up with this company and I have talked to several people in the company.I have watch the video and then I read the book and they told me I had to fill out a 1099 form for IRS and that I would have to set up a Pay Pal account to get paid, I have been scam so many times I will call the Better Business Bureau in the morning and they will let me know if it is a Scam or not.I have noted that in reading the book they sent me they said that I am self-employed and I am not working for the U.S.Government, this is why I am going to call the BBB, they will let me know if they are ligit or not. Why pay money to get in your own business, I have just started, have just my info in the mail, and before I lose money I will stop immediately I only Paid for the postage.E-mail address is Mscathy52@aol.com please reply if you have any advise.

    I paid $99.00 + there was an offer if you register for an item or something like that for $29.00 dollars you can go into that site as much as you want to now that I'm thinking about yes it's true. I wonder if the
    the money is being taken out of the bank because I haven't had the chance to start yet. But they did refund the $99.00 to my bank. Now I need to know whether the $29.00 dopllars is being taken out or now. I want to trust them because I feel its a good deal.

    I also have received the pink card in the mail.
    I have gone to the HUD website and keyed in some of the names
    and case numbers to see what would come up.
    It is true that if the names have been removed for any reason such
    as not valid or the people have already received their refund;
    It will come up no research found. It will give up an option to either put
    the name in or the case number.
    Having said all of that. I too am curious to know if this company is legit as I am also in the 15 day waiting period. Could you please let me know what you find out? My email is Becky.business.64@gmail.com

    I also have just reeived the card and the orienation manual and on the 15 day trail i went to the web site could not find where to put my code number in so im wondering if this is just a scam all iv paid so far is just the 3.91 post fee..please let me know what yall find out i iknow i called the number on the card and i had to call them back it stayed busy so ikinda thought it was weird so i called the number from my cell phone went rt through and i had my house phone in my hand and called it again busy when i got off the cell phone with them i tryied calling the number and busy again

    wieserthanewe, I have read your response regarding smart tools.  Would you please email me regarding how long the process takes.
    I have order the my smart tools twice and never understood it.  Even with the video and have lost money trying to understand it.  Any help would be appreciated.
