Supposedly I had a postcard I called on. They claimed I would be sent a package to read over and try out. I read over and I did not like it, I did not go on line.  I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. I am not in business or have any intentions of doing business.  Please refund my money

    I have been working with www.mysmarttools.net for several months now. At first I thought it might be a scam, until I called the customer service number and had them walk me thru the whole program. Now, I understand it and I am very successful using the site. My advice for others is do your own research and don't just believe what others say. I feel bad for those who just gave up on this program, they will never know what they are missing!

        I used the smart tool program, I have had great success with.  Last year I made over 3200.00 and looking forward to it again this year with working a full time job.

      I received my packet the big problem I'm having is making sure address is correct. I called customer service and they told me some sites to check address like lycos.com, peoplesmart.com and Beenverified.com. However these sites require a feww they never told me nothing about this when I spoke to customer service. i did not learn about this until after I watched video could you please help me is there a particular site you are using to make sure you have correct address?         How is processor paid? Does HUD deduct 25% from owner's check and mail ot processor or processor must rely on owner to send a check for the 25% due to the processor?  As I understand it, banks deduct whatever is coming to the realtor and gives it directly to the realtor; same with lawyer's fees. Trust it's no different with HUD
