I want a refund of 29.99 back into my account

Supposedly I had a postcard I called on. They claimed I would be sent a package to read over and try out. I read over and I did not like it, I did not go on line.  I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. I am not in business or have any intentions of doing business.  Please refund my money

I suggest that if you think you are entitled to an FHA refund you contact Immediate System Resources Inc. as they are the official government laison for the FHA refund program and will process it for free.

Hello: I just signed up for the information to be sent to me and once I receive it, I will let everyone know if it is a scam or not. If I find out it is a scam, I will file legal papers with my State Attorneys Office. I have a sharp Law Office ready to go into action and I feel that anyone and everyone who have been scammed by this company, should take lagel action ASAP. My Law Firm is ready to start legal action once I contact them and anyone and everyone who might want to join me, can do so. let the State Attorneys Office fight your fight. Please let me know what you think about this idea.

I started this program a few weeks ago, I sent out 55 letters last week which I researched for current updated addresses. I am now waiting for replies. After reading all of these comments I went on the HUD/FHA site that a few people mentioned on here and this is what I found.
Please read this page.....my feeling on this is they have no problem with "tracers" as long as they help instead of harm individuals. Anyone can then contact HUD for their refund if they want. It may or may not take longer than the person wants to wait and they may come back to us. The fee we charge is also up to us on this "mysmarttools.net" site. They say you can charge up to 25% of their refund. I personally think thats a little steep. I have started at 20% and am willing to negotiate that amount depending on their refund. If anyone chooses to work with me please go to my website.
www.refundrecoveryspecialist.com .......Here is the information from HUD/FHA

http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/comp/refunds/alerts.cfm     good luck to anyone that is working with smart tools or is starting out like me. Have confidence and it will work for you.....thats my opinion and I'm stickin to it.....

... it is obvious!  IMHO, This is a shell company, probably used to launder money and cover for other criminal activity.

I am new and still using the training tapes, but I had an occasion to call the Tualatin, OR number to get clarification  on some things and I found the lady I talked with very helpful and had been with the Company for 6 yrs.  I am still on my 15 day freeby, but intend to at least spend the $29.99 a month to give them a fair trial.  I understand that dealing with the Government nothing happens over night.  I am also using some of the free  sources to verify HUD addresses that you can find on page 20 of your manual.  I have already verified that several people had moved from the addresses on the HUD list and was able to get their new address and telephone number.  I can see that this will require work on my part to be effective.   I questioned how often HUD updates their lists so I wouldn't be contacting the same people other refund processor's have already contacted and she said she thought they were supposed to update their lists quite often.  Every 4 or 5 weeks.  If your concerned about getting paid you might want to consider a PAYPAL account.  I do think this is a Legit Company, but requires additional  searching on my part.

I just opened my package from Smart tools and thought I would research the name. As I'm always a suspect when it comes to our government and getting paid. My letter was addressed from 5120 W overland Road #178 Boise id 83705. After reading all the above bloggs. I feel mistreated and misued. I just hope they only took the $3.91. Going to check my bank account now. Not sure if this is a scam yet. However I will not put any energy into this program after reading how difficult it could be to get paid.
