Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.

    My consumer no.601289 by name of S P YADAV, I AM having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to spend 10 to 12 rs for phonning to dealars ,also we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency.     Bad delivery, Worrest Service,
    I booked gas for home delivery on 17.03.08 but till today 02.04.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Some time we already to home, but when ask for slip and book entry he is not responding. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency "Ratna Gas", Dealer Code "515180", HMT Hills, opp JNTU, Kukatpalli. My booking no is 5093.. Last fifteen days he is not deliver 5000 cylinders?... Service is worrest.....

    Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking (Consumer No.5279)

    I booked gas for home delivery on 07.07.2008 but  not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of services and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor name is LAXMI Gas Agency, Baradwary, Sakchi, Jamshedpur.

    My consumer no.620745 by name of Mr. DT Korade,I am having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder they are not delivered gas since one and half year, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder.They are not booking the the gas. They are supplying the gas to the Hotel by taking extra money they are not bothered about customer. My dealer is M/s Obeyrai Gas Agency IAT Girinagar Pune- 25.

    I am trasferred from NOIDA to Hyderabad so i also got my gas connection
    (2 cylinders)transferred to Hyderabad. I applied for connection with the transfer certificate to Ratna GAS Agency, HMT Hills, Kukatpally.
    It's been 1 month and they have not delivered me even a single cylinder. Every time i go to them they say we don't have stock. I am a married guy having a daughter (4 years) and my wife and my parents at my home. Since last 1 week i am buying the food for my family because of no gas.
    This is a serious problem for me and cusytomers like me who are unnecessarily molested by GAS Distributers. Kindly help.

    I am mahendran  and i book a cylinder every month , and i get the cylinder every month late by ten days , and now i find that both the cylinders are empty and they tell that they deliver after 30 days, 25 days but i am getting the cylinders after 35 to 40 days they deliver the cylinder late 5 to 8 days and after 6 month i find that both the cylinders are empty and i am running out of cylinders , I want rise a complaint about this and were to contact,my coustmer no-6538.

    I booked gas for 5.11.08 but till today 23.12.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Some time we already to home, but when ask for slip and book entry he is not responding. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency "Sreenithi Gas Agencies", Pillaiyar Koil Steet, Triplicane, Chennai-600 005. In that particular office 2 lady are working very bad languages with gents (ex. You don't come their, what doing your wife...) Service is worrest.....

    My connection number is 621685. I am having a lot of problems, sometimes cylinder are delivered late by 10-15 days and sometimes not delivered atall. They make excuses like "the system was n0t working"," we lost your entry" etc..etc..Some times we have to take the cylinder costing Rs.350 in Rs.600 or more.
    I would be thankful if you will take some desired action.

    Hi Sir,

    My CRN is 619107. I reside at Indrapuram and My HP Agency is at Gaziabad. Since last six months shifted from Delhi, Finding it very difficult to get the Cylinder end up buying in Black for Rs. 500/- even after having a proper connection. The behaviour of the officers are very bad, do not stand with commitment date and give all sort of excuses. Please do something about this complain.

    I booked gas for home delivery on 24.01.09 but till today 21.02.09 not deliver. My booking no is 11601 dt. 24/01/2009 my C.No. is 610438 Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says one week must be delivered. but after 25 days not deliver gas and not attened any phone office of BAWANA GAS SERVICE, BAWANA , DELHI. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency "BAWANA GAS SERVICE",BAWANA , DELHI .     Non-delivery of Gas cylinder
    I agree with this complaint.
    Our Consumer No. 601865.We have booked a Gas on 17.02.2009 booking no.2676 and today is 13.03.2009 we have not received a gas cylinder .Each day i make a call to the sales and service and i am told that "we will send the cylinder tomorrow" and sometimes the person attending call disconnects it in between which means they are not attending to the customers properly and hence have no manners how to attend a call.(M/S, Priya Gas sales and service LPG distributor, Shop No.1, Bijaya Complex N.H.6 Bargarh Ph.06646-246466.Distributor Code - 196427000)

    lokemata enterprise of Rahara(Patulia) khardah is intentionelly delay the delivery of gas after booking, 1 cylender in our family last only 25 day and they say that they can book cylender after 7 day and delivery is to be made after 26 days,
    my quistion is how can we deal with this problem,means where to complain or what to do we dont understand.
