Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.
Please do the needful.

My consumer no. is 515600. My booking date was 17-8-2011.
Still i am not getting Home Delivery.No response on any land line phone no to till date.
Earliest response will be highly appreciable.

My consumer no. 515706. I BOOked a gas reffil on 16.9.2011 but till today 20.9.2011 i have not recived a gas cylinder. when i make a call him he does not recived my call also. Saraswati gas agency, sanganer jaipur.

Sir, agency delivered only 01 cylinder to me 5 month after transfer from Panwer Gas Rajnagar Ghaziabad, I am booked the cylinder 27.08.2011 Booking No. provide by the agency 110985 27.08.11, but gas cylinder not recd on till date , I call to agency many time is anguge & bell but not recd , so you are requesting to help me .

Our Consumer No. 612463.We have booked a Gas on 24.08.2011 booking no.153446 we have not received a gas cylinder date 01.10.2011 i make a call to the sales and service and i am told that "we will send the cylinder tomorrow and sometimes the person attending call disconnects it in between which means they are not attending to the customers properly and hence have no manners how to attend a call.

I booked gas for 13.9.11 but till today 3.10.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Some time we already to home, but when ask for slip and book entry he is not responding. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency "Shri sai ram Gas Agencies", salarpur chowki,noida, utterpardesh 201301. In that particular office 2 lady are working very bad languages with gents (ex. You don't come their, what doing your wife...) Service is worrest.....

Till this date i.e.,07/10/2011 upto 7.15PM we have not received re-filled gas. After complaining also the system is not working.
