Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.

Dear Sir
I would like to bring a public litigation against M.V Enterprises Avadi., The Gas Agency involved in many scam. I have booked my gas on 10-12-2009. It almost 20 days, still now they have not supplied me cylinder. This the complaint of many customer, the reason behind delay in supply is due to illegally supply cylinder gas to hotel and other small scale company in return the get commission of Rs. 600 for each gas supply of cylinder , this has been known fact to each of the resident of Avadi.

The Agency was involved in many scams of LPG Indane- Issuing of New connection, Maintenance, Indane Storage, Indane Pricing, Delivery Etc. for longtime.

Many Complaints were already launched in this area from time to time from different reputed customers, but still no action has been taken. All people’s belong to Avadi are troubled by this retailer, They have done complaint to local police station. Still no action action has been taken.

I sincerely request you taken necessary action if not people will loose confident on Indian Oil corporation admistration.

I have just transferred my HP gas agency from tyagi to Sen Gas agency as I moved to Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad, however I got the transfer done with a real mess to understand which agency covers Pratap Viahr, Ghaziabad. Moreover I have the connection for more than 2-3 years and still I am not given a second cylinder my consumer number is 615241 and my contact number is 9818883629. can anyone help to get a customer care number for HP gas. The worst experience we have in Ghaziabad.Thanks!

Dear sir,
My consumer no639798 by name sethumadhavan, I am booked in 16-02-2010 not received the gas till date and every time their telephone is engaged. I am having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Prakash Gas Agency, Tirur.

My complaint is that cylinder delivery always late 10 to 15 days my consumer NUMBER is 625922. So Please solve my Problem ASAP....

My consumer no is 624966 I have book my gas by phone on 13sep2010 and resived delivery on 18sep2010.But when I weight the cylinder then that was only 25 kg,It means 5 kg gass is pass from the cylinder.
So I have to say you what it means and who is responsible for it.

It is very Sad and Annoying when our day to day requirement that to when you have to pay for it becomes so tough like getting stars from heaven.I (Indira Jaiswal - 9748415388)bearing Consumer No.613515 of Kolkata...have been using HP Gas Services since a decade,but never ever in my life did face such heinous distributer - M/s.Mahanti Enterprise suitated at Baguiati (Kolkata-West Bengal).I had made a booking on 08.09.10 with booking no.350,while inquiring about the delivery on 18.09.10,I was rather stunned as informed by the distributer no such booking was made,therefore was again forced to make a new booking on 18.09.10 ,booking no. - 319,while booking both the times I had informed M/s.Mahanti Enterprises Representative that I have 1 cylinder facility.On contacting them again on 22.09.10 & requesting for a quick delivery I was abused by the Representative for no sort reasons..Plz help ...

Our Consumer No. 621265.i have booked a Gas on 01-09-2010 booking no.55 and today is 24-09-2010 we have not received a gas cylinder .Each day i make a call to the sales and service and BUT nobody receive call or if call is taken they simply tell Cylender will be distributed tomorrow and sometimes the person attending call disconnects it in between which means they are not attending to the customers properly and hence have no manners how to attend a call.(Soham Gas service 3, Shrushti Complex opp Jagmata Temple Kolbad Road Thane (W)

SO POOR SERVICE AND ALSO SAME FOR H.P. FOR SUCH TYPE OF DISTRIBUTORS APPOINTED FOR HUMEN SERVICES.

We have the same distributor and their phone no. 0120-2825451, 2822801, 2825032 continously saying busy on working hours. It's always difficult to book cylinder in need as all the numbers are busy.

Also I am just commenting here to know what is going to happen after we make a complaint here. Does anybody get any response or solution here.
