Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.

But i recd, the refill on the evening of 19.11.12 nearly a week last. This practice of Delaying supply by Mahanti Enterprise, Dakshindari Road, Kolkata-48 has been menace to us for many days. ther intentional delay in supply has risen suspicion that the official at Mahanti Enterprise and their chief van man Sanjay are committing corruption & malpractice, much to our harassment and inconvenience. It has become an uphill task for us to contact them for our need over phone and they are extremely reluctant to provide basic service to us. they have allegedly formed a nexus of illegal trade practice to read profit at our expense. this is the second time that I have to lodge a complaint in this regard.Last time, I got the supply only aftetr the complaint being lodged, although it had to be replaced as it was an unsealed one. I feel that a thorough investigation and strict measure is necessary to check these malpractices immediately where our Govt. is taking so nice steps. Next time if the same problem turns up, I shall be highly obliged to complain to the higher authority as well as the Consumer Forum, and ensure by every possible means that the most stringent actions are taken against them, if found guilty of the charges, so as to put an end to such harrassment once and for all. It is regretted to say about the delivery process of your gas agency namely BAWANA GAS SERVICE, DELHI which is very unacceptable my consumer No is 602171 which was booked on 13 Oct 2012 and accordingly it was issued from the go down but not yet delivered whenever I contact to the agency it was responded that it will be delivered tomorrow. I am facing a lot of problem as I have taken a cylinder on loan from neighbor who is now pressing hard to take back, could you tell when this tomorrow will come and I will get my cylinder. There are two more agency of Indian Oil whose service is very fast, could you transferred my connection from HP to Indian Oil. Really the service of HP is Mahabharata. The behave of attendant at agency is very ruddy & buggiest .

My consumer numer is 644482. My gas agency name is Dombivili Gas co. Dombivili. My address is Room no.403, 4th floor, 'A' wing, 3rd building. Anant park, Near Mayur hotel, Agason road, Diva(e), 400612. On 8 November 2012, I had booked a gas cylinder on 8th Nov 2012. Booking number is 283895. Cash memo number is 152743. On 20 Nov 2012 I received a message that my gas cylinder was delivered to me, which was not true. I complained to the gas agency. But they are not taking any step to deliver my cylinder. Again my connection is a single cylinder connection. So I am facing problem in my day to day living. This gas agency again not issuing double cylinder to me. I am trying from last one year for double cylinder but whenever I request them for double cylinder they just denying me.

i have the complain against the HP gas company and Jay Kay gas agency at Kichlu Nagar Ludhiana Punjab.
sir / madam my consumer no.812048 i booked cylinder on 21/12/2012. but my booking was cancelled,i booked again 28/12/12 & 29/12/12 all the booking cancelled by company or agency without any information. the agency said that my booking was advance and it will be booked again after 21 days. sir i complained three time at hp complain box by mail but i don't received any message about this from the company. i asked the question about what is the time bar of booking the refill of the cylinder. i want total information from the hp company.but they did not reply.

On Feb 1st 2013, I went to Javid Gas Agency and submitted all the requested documents and also wrote a letter requesting for activating my Gas account [640465].
But got an update from Agency stating that it will take minimum 1 week for the verification process and 2 to 3 days for teh delivering the gas.
See, I waited for more than 2 months and currently I have dont any gas for cooking. For past two days we startd buying from hotel.
could someone looking into this issue and fix the issue.
