Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.
Please do the needful.

Today i have visited Sree Nithi Gas Agencies which is in Chennai Triplicane Area for asking the details of gas and i gave the details when i booked the cylinder and consumer no and booking no too but that lady who is in medium colour who is working in Sree Nithi gas asked fot the proof so i showed my Mobile SMS but she is not ready to accept and she throw my mobile and telling me the DOG AND SOME BAD WORDS STUPID IDIOT AND ETC she behave very badly. i need severe action on that Lady. consumer no 603422. i need your reply in my email id.

against prem gas agency i am afraid to all this mantly disturb so kindly look into matter .
i booked a cylender on 5th of march 2012 and till now cylender is not delivered .by Bawana Gas Service New delhi

yet i have not received any cylinder from gas agency. My complaint no. is12046524 date- 07-08-2012. Non delivery after com. of cylinders

This is hereby inform to you that I have a single cylinder HP Gas connection ( Name: Amit Roy, Address: B-230, B.P. Township, 1st Floor, Kolkata-94, Consumer No. 630177, Distributor Name: UPHAAR, 251/A/A/4, N.S.C Bose Road, Naktala, Kolkata- 47, Phone No: 03324718100). I am working in a private concern. Due to official work I am posted in our Mumbai H.O. from 01.04.12 to 28.09.12. Due to that Me and my family stayed there on that said period. After return back to Kolkata I went to book a cylinder and I got a a reply from the Distributor end that due to non- use of the account over Six Months( Last booking date: 09.03.12) the account get locked and to unlock it I need to submit a letter mentioning the reason of non- use , all the necessary Xerox copy of the documents along with Rs. 70/-. It will take 20-25 days to unlock it after documents submission and then I can book a cylinder and that will take another 10-12 days time. They also told me that since Durga Puja festival at our doorstep so it may take more time as well.
Sir, Me and my family fooding totally based upon that Gas only and there is no 2nd way for cooking process in my family. Kindly look into this matter and take some necessary step to solve my problem asap as my family undergoing a big problem.
But i recd, the refill on the evening of 19.11.12 nearly a week last. This practice of Delaying supply by Mahanti Enterprise, Dakshindari Road, Kolkata-48 has been menace to us for many days. ther intentional delay in supply has risen suspicion that the official at Mahanti Enterprise and their chief van man Sanjay are committing corruption & malpractice, much to our harassment and inconvenience. It has become an uphill task for us to contact them for our need over phone and they are extremely reluctant to provide basic service to us. they have allegedly formed a nexus of illegal trade practice to read profit at our expense. this is the second time that I have to lodge a complaint in this regard.Last time, I got the supply only aftetr the complaint being lodged, although it had to be replaced as it was an unsealed one. I feel that a thorough investigation and strict measure is necessary to check these malpractices immediately where our Govt. is taking so nice steps. Next time if the same problem turns up, I shall be highly obliged to complain to the higher authority as well as the Consumer Forum, and ensure by every possible means that the most stringent actions are taken against them, if found guilty of the charges, so as to put an end to such harrassment once and for all.
