Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.
Please do the needful.

    My consumer no.514606 and  by name of Y RAVISHANKAR, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is SHERYA ENTERPRISES HYD, NOW IWANT TO BOOK CYL BUT THEY DID NOT BOOKED ALREADY 1 MONTH COMPLETED AGENCY PH NO27224360

    My connection number is 785354. I am having a lot of problems, sometimes cylinder are delivered late by 30-35 days and sometimes not delivered at all. They make excuses like "the system was not working"," we lost your entry" etc..etc..
    I would be thankful if you will take some desired action.

       i go with this complan,
    repectfully sir, i am the prpper customer of HP Gas and reside in kasgang (kanshiramnagar)(Utter Pradesh) and there is too black of cilinders please prevent of all this.I Request to you heartly so take action quickly.

    my consumer no is 612664 by name mukesh kumar garg,we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency.and my gas booking date is 15/6/11 and today is 29/6/11 my booking no 282 and my dealer name is shiv  sai gas agency dadri road, salarpur (noida).

    my consumer no is 13037,i am facing touble in getting cylinders regularly,inspite of our requestsand reminders your dealer is not responding whereas the cylinders are available at some extra cost at other locals unauthorised sales points.

    I agree with this complaint.
    Our Consumer No. 646037.We have booked a Gas on 22.06.2011 booking no.535019 and today is 14.07.2011 we have not received a gas cylinder .Each day i make a call to the sales and service and i am told that "we will send the cylinder tomorrow" and sometimes the person attending call disconnects it in between which means they are not attending to the customers properly and hence have no manners how to attend a call.(M/S, Ganga ent.     I agree with this complaint.

    Bad delivery,worrest service.
    I booked gas for home delivery on
    dt:24/08/2011 but till today dt:09/09/2011,not deliver.my customers no:602647,whenever i make phone call to their representative he not atten my phone,i am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service,
