Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.
Please do the needful.

i go with this complan,
repectfully sir, i am the prpper customer of HP Gas and reside in kasgang (kanshiramnagar)(Utter Pradesh) and there is too black of cilinders please prevent of all this.I Request to you heartly so take action quickly.

Our Consumer No. 646037.We have booked a Gas on 22.06.2011 booking no.535019 and today is 14.07.2011 we have not received a gas cylinder .Each day i make a call to the sales and service and i am told that "we will send the cylinder tomorrow" and sometimes the person attending call disconnects it in between which means they are not attending to the customers properly and hence have no manners how to attend a call.(M/S, Ganga ent. dt:24/08/2011 but till today dt:09/09/2011,not deliver.my customers no:602647,whenever i make phone call to their representative he not atten my phone,i am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service,

Description Dear sir,
My home in single cylinder.Today (08.09.2011)9.00AM my cylinder empty.I will try to booking of refilling for JEYEM HP GAS AGENCY.The phone numers 04554227566,04554293544 & 9442704730 are switched off & out of service.Iam going to gas office at 5.50pm.The owner of JEYEM HP GAS AGENCY his tacking rude behavior & not booking of refilling cylinder.
Owner of gas agency tell me "ANY BOOKING OF REFILLING & etc you not come my office" and "booking of compliant on net only" .
please tack action .and tech the behavior of consumers .

checkd up with agency , as you have approcahed the agency after office hrs , they were unable to book yr reqeust . kindly visit the office betweem 8.00am to 8 .oopm for booking . you requst for this complaint is already booked today and will be delivered within 2-3 days.

mam(S.D.DEVIKA RANI) your office hrs in 8.00am to 8.00pm in your reply .but i visit your office yesterday at 5.50pm.but closing office hrs on 6.00pm.when you non booking my (606398)cylinder....
so that i visit remain today 9.30am & booking....
please tack kind approach on consumers.
