Dear sir,
My consumer no.605295 and consumer no.100694 by name of Ashok Agrawal, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. My dealer is Kothari stores, Gondia.
Please do the needful.

Our Consumer No. M01611.I have booked gas message recived that cyclinder is deliverd on 12/01/2012 but not recvied cyclinder booking no is 7389-2609465.
number of time we call distributor and i am told that "we will send the cylinder tomorrow" (M/S, VERMA GAS AGENCY LPG distributor, CHANDER VIHAR Mandawali DELHI - 110092

I booked gas for 31.12.2011 but till today 20.01.2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency "Vardhman Gas Agencies ", Shop -17,Rohini sec-2 New Delhi 110085 . In that particular office 1 lady and 1 Men are working very bad languages with gents & Lady (ex. You don't come their, what doing your wife... & Cylender are not available. not deliver by company, & say only Eight Cylender allowed in every Year but we are not receieved 6 clynders ) Service is worrest.....

I booked gas for home delivery Before 8 Days but not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor Name is Rupinder Gas service in Derabassi. My consumer number is 512336. Gas supply is service is very poor.
and no one is there to listen us .they are saying that we have taken gas of this month but we did't take our gas til now .i request them and said them we didt taken our gas til now they didt listen me they saying that sorry we cant gave u gas . that time i cried lot and come to my home . their is no justices for us in this world
I smt.Puspanjali Mohapatra, of Bhubaneswar (Orissa) having consumer no.606302. we are facing lot of problems by your dealer in delivery. First they will take the booking after 15days of the previous delivery date with the rule of deliver the next filled cylinder after 15days of the booking date. (i.e., they committing to supply the single cylinder in a month). and the delivery boys are always demanding Rs.10/- extra on bill amount. while complinting in office, staffs says everybody are used to give sir and pampering the boys demand.
Moreover since last month they started a new rule. i.e., they draw the receipt in back date and deliver the cylinder after 8 to 10 days. Sir, in my case i booked on 31/01/12. at that time my dealer told us to deliver the cylinder after 13-15days. but after several telephonic contact, i received the cylinder on 22/02/12 with the receipt date of 13/02/2012. while asking regarding this bill date the delivery boys are lieying that the house closed at the time of delivery as we are always in our house. this time i booked on 28/02/12 but till today i have not recieved the cylinder. while getting enquiry in their office they are asking us to contact next week. Please do help to get the cylinder within 10days.
