I keep getting phone calls from TRS Recovery saying that they need to resove a debt matter before 10-05-07 for an Alan Baker. They have the wrong person. I am not Alan Baker and they call my house 2 or 3 times a day, when I answer the phone its a recording. How do I get the phone calls to stop?

    Cancelled an order through amazon the day it was made and before shipping . one month later im in collection and just got merchandise. Cant get a hold of anyone to file dispute at trs recovery so meanwhile im on check systems its all bull

    TRS  are scam artist! someone hacked into a savings account of mine..and tried sending a walmart moneygram in my name..got an email from my savings acc company  saying i had insuffient funds..so i called them to tell them i didnt authorize this transaction..now TRS didnt waste any time..just a few days later i got collection letter from them..saying i owed them almost 3000.00.  when all i had was 300.00 in my savings..clearly who ever authorized this transaction is responsible ..not me...i didnt send anyone a moneygram...so folks if your identity is stolen or used for fraudulent activity you need to file a report with your local police or sheriff department..even though there isn't much they can do..but it must be done..then call the three credit bureaus and put a watch on your credit  in case someone tries to open new accounts in your name..you will be notified if this happens, and it is free.. then call the Federal trade commision and file a report with them,  because you will need copy of police report..and copy of the report you filed with  the FTC... I just started fighting this..But iam not paying TRS a dime.
