Won't stop calling

Complaint

I would consider this phone harrassement.  Rachel from Cardholders Services has been calling for years everyday 2 or 3 times a day.  Today I took the option to let them know I am on the do not call list.  I said to them " hi my name is Debbie and I am on the do not call" and he just hung up on me.  I do believe they must have heard of the complaint before.  Please help us.

Thank you.

Once again our government has failed us. Your state can and will not do anything about the criminal activities, because the caller is only calling from outside of the state being called. Your state will not protect you from actions being conducted outside of your state, not to mention those outside your country. GOD BLESS AMERICA! lol

Shucks, I thought I had something going with Rachel since she used to call me ALL the time. But one day, without any type of explanation, she dumped me, and I began hearing from Carmen instead.   :(

    Resigned
Though it is very annoying to have to get up and answer these robo calls, (I don't have caller I.D.) I have tried all of the suggestions written on this site to no avail and have decided to put things into perspective.  In the scheme of life, these calls, though annoying, are minor irritations that don't deserve the attention I've been giving them.  Why should I allow them to upset me and take from me my peace?
Therefore, I consider my trek to the phone some needed exercise and just hang up immediately.  I don't any longer give them any thought. They aren't worth the effort.  Now that I'm resigned to this situation, it no longer upsets me.  I'm enjoying my new perspective. It's worth a try.  I've refused to play their game.

I get calls from "Rachel"  & "Bridget"  daily.  Usually during nap time.  I have tried to talk to a rep to remove my name but they simply hang up on you before you can finish your sentence.  I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  I have filled complaints with the FTC.  so now I just hang up as soon as I hear it's them.

After a year of daily calls from Rachel....there is good news...Rachel has stopped calling.  Bad news...she was replaced by Carmen.  Worse news....Carmen calls me 2 or 3 times a day now.  I called the State Attorney General office and filed a complaint.  He basically told me there is nothing we can do.  This basically tells me that these people can harass you as much as they want, and you can't do anything about it.  Well.....just me find out where these calls originate. I'll bet an explosion would wake them up and stop the calls.

I need to get rid of CARMA not Rachel.. It's an every day thing. If you wait on the line for an operator and tell or rather, start to tell them not to ever call this number again they hang up on you. Have threatened to sue, take them to court what ever I can think of. Want to crawl through the phone and shake the S--- out of some one.

I get at least 5 calls a day from card services.  I tell them to stop calling and they call anyway from a different number.  I get calls from Georgia, Texas, British Columbia, California, New York, the list goes on.  Why can't we do anything about these calls??????

The best way is to call back and give them some fake information (one wrong digit on your credit card), then when they ask for it again, change the incorrect digit, etc.

I am also on the DNC list and just this afternoon I received a call from "Rachel at Cardholder Services."  It sounded like a real person because there was no delay when she started speaking.  The only reason I answered was that the caller i.d. indicated it was a local number and was even in the same exchange as my number.  When I did a reverse phone number lookup, the number displayed a name and address (no Rachel here) for a woman whom I doubt has anything to do with this scam.  I am now concerned that MY number will be spoofed to someone else.  I did file a complaint with the DNC registry, but am wondering if this Is a new twist on an old scam.

I have such a long list of blocked numbers because of Rachel from card services. I have even gotten a call from my OWN phone number. I more times than I can remember asked them to stop, only to be hung up on and have yet another call an hour later. They are so very lucky I don't know who they are. Something like this can really make someone think awful thoughts about what one could do to another. EVERYDAY they call............

Does anyone know if card services is an actual company? I'm so sick and tired of the calls and nothing is being done to stop them. I don't know about any of you but if I had a location of where these calls came from I would be very willing to give a few people there a black eye and a bad concussion.
