caller fails to identify the company before asking for credit card information on an extended warranty.  I went through five levels of "approval" before reaching the closer -- but he failed.  When asked to be removed from the call list, the caller (representing Consumer Direct Warranty Services) refused to acknowledge my removal request and proceed to verbally abused me -- finally, he hung up on me.  Fortunately, I have an email from the rude individual, and have access to their network.  I've filed a complaint on the company via the do-not-call list.

The Arizona AG didn't do anything.  I just had another repair job of over $1500 that most of it would be covered under the contract.  When I tried to call claims all phone nos. and e-mail addresses are no longer valid.  When I purchased the contract I charged it to my credit card.  The bank is now looking into the matter.

lost approx.3,700 for warranty. Cost me 4500.00 to fix my transmission.  they  would not honor it.  I went to the Penna. State Attorney general, like talking to a wall.V8F7

Mr. Jerry Moffatt has hired me to find out some answers for him. He purchased a contract on 12-23-09 on a 2004 Lincoln Town Car. Agreement #MS1080033. He has paid in full the agreed amount of $2665.00 thur your finance company MEPCO. Last week Mr. Moffatt was in an accident that put him in the hospital. His car was total in the accident. He has be trying to contact you by phone and FAX everyday since he was released from the hospital. He has not been able to contact you. Mr. Moffatt says he has tried your phone number all hours of the day and night with the phone ringing busy always. I would appreciate a phone call or an answer by e-mail within 24 hours. Mr. Moffatt does not want to take this problem any further than a refund on his contract or the contract to apply to the new car which he will purchase. Please contact me at khubbs46@gmail.com or call me at 760-688-6720.
Thank you for your quick response

I won a small claims case against these scam artists but collecting has proven really hard.  If anyone has any information on their bank accounts or assets, please post.

Comsumer direct warranty service is suck... I think we should altogether filed a lawsuit for this company...to get our mony back plus interest...They have to pay the penalty what we treat us and warning out to other bad companies like Consumer Direct Warranty services. They should not exist  at all. I left my van to Dealer for repairing it... it took me over week now. but no messages no reply or contact....

i bought this warranty for my expedition after dss placed my sisters 3 kids with us, 1 which is in a wheel chair. Being disabled and adding 3 more mouths to feed i knew my vehicle had to last. So i started looking for an extended warranty, went to the BBB and found this warranty but is was not under this name. Long story short after 2 years and $2300.00 my starter went out. I have kept all my records and everything that was required of me onmy part, and they refuse my claim. Look on the internet at this company they are crooks, please lets all to get together and do a class action law suit and make them pay back all they have stolen from us.

I just called and the number was not a working number. Then I called Mepco and they said they didn't have a telephone number for the company, all they had was a fax number.

I have tried calling for (2) weeks and not a working #. CDWS #800-414=4333 and customer service #800-209-3755. None of these numbers are working. Does anyone know where we go from here. I am getting very pissed off. If they have gone belly up then they owe ALL OF US a rather large refund. Please send any response to bobbyowens@insightbb.com or call my cell phone @502-609-9960.
    Thanks
