I received a call by a man calling himself Jack Zachwalker. He said if I had a valid credit card w/ at least a dollar on it he could guarantee me a $200 gas card.  I would have to pay a fee of $3.90 to get the gas card. He called repeatedly.  Now the calls have stopped.

This company and services is a complete ripoff I was charged 59.90 for services that I did not know about.  I am throughly pissed right now because they are saying that I authorized the services and would not be able to get my money back. UUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH I have two daughters who have birthdays coming up in the next two weeks and now thanks to Dante Marketing I will not be able to get my girls gifts. Thanks alot you loosers.  And the 200 gas card that I thought was a part of this promotion was a rip off as well and I did not use it.

They are nothing but a fraudulent telemarketing scam.

You don't get your money back from crooks by asking them.  You file a fraud dispute through your bank.  Your bank can reverse disputed charges and yank the money back, under FRB Reg. E.

Immediately contact your bank to notify them that the charge is fraudulent, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

In addition, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov.

Got a plain white postcard telling me I can get $200 in free gas by calling 800701126. Then the guy
wanted my credit card for shipping and when I told him I would have to do research on his company first Because there was no name on the postcard he hung up on me.

Ok guys here is something Ive done with my cell phone that has seemed to work for me. I used to get cell calls trying to sell me [***]. So what I did is I recorded a "Im sorry this number is disconnected" sound bite and used it as my answer machine...Then when I get calls to my cell that I dont recognize I let that recording kick in.....I informed all my family and friends of this so that they can leave a message. I rarely if ever get calls now, seems that they have taken me off their list on their own.

I just received a call from this cray company, the feed me this line about me being selected to receive this gas card. This idiot later asked for my credit card number and an immediate red flag went up I mean who is given a gift that they are required to pay for? I asked if they could take the 1.00 off the amount of the gas card and they replied "No". The agent began being very rude he as actually sounded as if his job depended one this one sale. This is a true scam, I asked for the company name and and I was given two different names and they flat our refused to give me their website address claiming it would be given once I completed the verification, YEAH RIGHT. These think their slick trying to get peoples credit information, They told me they were located in Phoenix AZ, only they called me from a 415 area code which is San Francisco... I did verify my name and address with this people but I did not give them my credit card number and I told them to hold on I was looking for a pen to write down some information they were trying to give me but I was really googling them and I came across this site, I quickly hung up in their face.
