I received a call by a man calling himself Jack Zachwalker. He said if I had a valid credit card w/ at least a dollar on it he could guarantee me a $200 gas card.  I would have to pay a fee of $3.90 to get the gas card. He called repeatedly.  Now the calls have stopped.

    Gas Voucher $200.00

What a load of crap! When he got to "what is the first # of your customer ID (card #) it will start with.." And he new the first number. When I told him I was NOT giving him any more info he started yelling at me. He kept saying " it is safe lady I just need this for verification." Well I don't do well with someone yelling at me.....so I told him to go screw himself. Believe it or not he kept trying to get info while yelling at me! I used some colorful language (he was still trying to scream over me) and hung up  He also refused to give me the phone number. When I called the number he called from I got a message saying push 1 if you don't want us calling you and push 2 to speak to someone. When you push 2 it says voice mail box full. What a pack of a**holes

The name of the people who rent a box to these scam artists are Goin Postal at 727-369-6564. I called them and told them the type of enterprise she was helping con people. A very haughty woman replied that it was none of her business and she didn't care what they did. I would urge everyone to call her and complain and maybe they would stop aiding and abetting this type if actuvuty.

What is anybody gonna do if I provide you the complete address of this company where you guys are getting calls from. This company claims to have a wide number of processes. But they only have one process of scaming poor people. I need to have an action plan that you would take so that I can provide my full co-operation.

They are reportedly getting 800 area code numbers that are 1 digit different from real US company customer service numbers, so they can intercept consumer calls with dialing errors and deceptively pretend their "offer" is affiliated with a legitimate company the consumer may already be doing ;business with, like his bank, utility company, insurance company, etc.

Everything they do is just lies and fraud, including all statements and sales practices, their "products", all charges they run through, and threats if you try to stop them from taking your money.

Dispute the charges through your bank as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent further fraud and theft.

File fraud complaints with FTC, and report their websites at www.ic3.gov

These people are scamers!!! dnt ever give anyone ur CC# over they phone... I actually worked there for two weeks ( was in training period ).
Believe me they indirectly trained us to scam people off their credit card, i was smart enough to realize it. So i google abt it  and found this site.

They call them self as "Auto discount" formerly known as "American Auto Benifits" they claim themself to be a promitional company and have thousands of marketing partners, who give out these 100$ gift cards.

In order to recieve this 100$ gift voucher all u gota do is pay $3.95 for shipping nd handling.which u have to pay through credit card. Beieve me there is no such thing..they just suck out your credit card..

They claim to be located in Phoenix Aerizona...
These are actually Indian call centres and all the callers are indians most of them in their 20s who are unaware of the actuall situation, they just do it for the money.

In India they are known as Silgate Solutions located in the city of Mumbai..

for more details send me a mail in trollrickdick@gmail.com (just a temp id i made for this)

So Im checking out these post dates and they seem to be pretty old. So just in case you wanted confirmation that this is STILL going on it is. Guy said his name was Louis/Lewis Martin with American Auto Benefits. And he was offering a $100 Target/Walmart gift card. Ok...he had me RIGHT up until he asked for my credit card number. Hell no. I dont give strangers that info over the phone PERIOD. I said ok before I give it to what is the name of the company that will show up in my bank statement? He gave me the company named I googled it, found this site hung up instantly. He then called back quickly from a blocked number about 3 times. I took my phone off. I know a scam when I see one...[***]

These people tried to get me too. Can they do any thing with the 16 digits off my card? They don't have any other info.
    • 0
      tj replies to ANDREA
      Sure  they can.

Those 16 digits are your card number, and that combined with an expiration  date is enough to charge your card.  Since cards typically expire within a few years, it would  be possible to "ping" your card number along with guessed expiration dates until a small charge went through.  They could then charge whatever they wanted, although you can file fraud disputes through your bank to yank back the money.

If you gave them any card information, contact your bank immediately to block the card number.
File fraud disputes if any charges slip  through.

This the genuine company I gave my CC & I got $100 shopping rebate vouchers & these really work. I.e., $10 for next 10mnths, cum-on! Nothing is free in this world. What they are asking just to review a product for 30 days or 7 days after you use & if you all don't want you can call & cancel. Product which are asked to review are useful in daily life; it help us to save money.
