I received a call by a man calling himself Jack Zachwalker. He said if I had a valid credit card w/ at least a dollar on it he could guarantee me a $200 gas card.  I would have to pay a fee of $3.90 to get the gas card. He called repeatedly.  Now the calls have stopped.

DON'T DON'T do it. I did hang up on them and they had the nerve to call me right back and just started off where they left when I hung on them. They try to trick you in any way that they can to get you to give them the 16 digit card number on your cc. They are very hard to understand on the phone too, they keep saying that you don't owe money today or tomorrow. But 7 days after you get your package in the mail. Then you must pay with a cc and you have to call and give them cc number over the phone. That is the only way they can get the money from you. They won't let you mail in a check or money order either. I wwas very upset at them and they stilled asked if I was going to give them my cc number. I said no and I don't how many times I said no to them before they got it that I was not going to give them my cc numbers. Please don't give them any cc numbers over the phone at all.

i got a call today saying the same thing about how i had won a $200 gas gift card. That my name had been drawn to receive $200 in free gas. I asked what i had to buy, and the man (which i could hardly understand)said i would'nt have to buy anything, that this was a free gift from their company as a promo. But i would need a Visa or Master card with at least a $1 on it, which now doesnt make sense, because they needed me to pay $3.90 for shipping of this gift card.  I BET I JUST GOT SCAMED!! guess ill be on the phone all day tomorrow with my bank changing all my creditcard numbers. just hope im in time!

I have also had these guys call me as well. The first guy called and mentioned the exact same thing as all of you had mentioned. I told him I was not giving out my card number and hung up the phone. Not even one minute later, I get a call back from the supervisor telling me the same thing and not allowing me to talk so I hung up again. About three minutes later "to the exact", I get another call from the head supervisor of the supervisor that had already called and said the same thing and still would not let me talk. So then I told him to shut his mouth and let me ask the questions. So he did...I asked him, "what can you provide to me showing that you are no FRAUDULANT company" then he just kept repeating himself like all the other guys did. They all told me that they were in Pheonix, Arizona. But after Googling the area code that came out on my caller ID, it turned out that the number was coming from Worcester, Massachusetts. So that was the third reason that lead me to beleive that these guys were nothing but Fonnies, Fakes, Flakes,ETC. The number that they are calling from is 978-570-2266

So after submitting my comment about these people, I get another phone call from them again today which is 7/5/2010. Can you believe the nerve on these people. They want to act professional, but yet they get angry after you decline their a@$. Reason to hang up on them:
    1) If they get angry after you telling them no!
    2) Google their area code and see if it matches up with where they say
      they are at!
    3) Research their company and if they dont provide a website then no reason
      on talking to them!
Also, with my work experience that I have gained over the years, with a situation like this is when you should report the number and or names and address's to your local law enforcement. If there is a 1-800 that you can call for fraud, call them and see what else can be dont to track these PIGS down and put them where they belong. If they keep calling back, put that number on your blocked list. If thats something you cant do because cell companyies dont allow it, then chances are you might have to change your number.

    Hey Michelle,

Well I would suggest that you dont give out any personal info to anyone over the phone unless you called the company your self to pay your home bills and such things. My identy has been stolen and I have been dealing with this issue now for over 6 yrs and it is not fun. My credit is screwed I have to reigster myself with all law enforcment and freeze my credit so that nothing else can happen again. So I would think you should not do anything about giving them anything. I know how tempting it sounds, but trust me, $200 is not worth your whole life!!

    ANNOYED
i have been getting multiple calls a day from these scammers and i am sick of it. i called the customer service number and told them not to call me. the guy told me his name was John Smith. i asked him if i could speak with someone who could speak clearer english and he said he spoke clear english. i asked him since he was in florida, isnt there anyone in there to talk to that i can understand and he ust put me on hold, then it sounded like the same guy picked up and gave me the name Corey Wallace. its so annoying but i am gonna keep calling multiple times a day just to get my point across. harass me and i will harass you back. and it wont be nice.

    Hi-Hi
These people keep calling my son. They say they have headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. They're number comes up Worcester, Ma. I did a number look up and (978) 570-2266 is from Wilmington, MA. It is a land line. The law states they have to take you off the call list but I think I might call their city's police and tell them they are harassing us. They said all the same stuff all the others said. He said his name is Bob with a thick Indian accent. Sometimes it's a woman. I've thought about telling him I am a cop or my husband is just to scare them. They said they will call back today. I can't wait!

They've called my cell phone three times now. I answered twice, the first time not knowing what it was and the second time to try to get them to stop calling, but when I asked to be taken off the call list, the actually laughed at me and told me flat out that the would not stop calling until I accepted their "gift" of either the $200 gas voucher or the $50 credit vouchers. The first call was made by a woman, and the second by a man, and both had very thick Indian accents but went by the names Anna and Bob. Both times they called from a (978) number, but different ones: (978)570-2266 and (978)570-2203.
