Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Two months ago I ordered Proactive products and ever since have been receiving these "GRC Vita Power" vitamins that I did not order. Every month $65 is being taken out of my credit account. So I called BOA and got them to put a stop against VitaPower charging me the 33.94 each month. Hopefully that will stop them from charging me. When I called Proactive they gave me this number for VitaPower 888-684-9660. I tried calling but no one answered.

    Same problem like everyone else. I did read some earlier posts saying that those vitamins were $1 trial. Well, I just started my account with proactiv at the beginning of the summer and those vitamins were free for me. And not once did I see anything about recurring payments for future orders of the vitamins.

    I already cancelled my proactiv account and working on GRC as we speak.
    Make sure you talk to both Proactiv and GRC to cancel, because cancelling with Proactiv does not cancel your account with GRC!

    I ordered meaningful beauty and was offered the $1 vitamins, no this will continue unless you cancel or any cancellation information.  Just received a debit for $62.89, and called them.  Very quickly said they would cancel as my order has not even shipped but I doubt it after reading these posts.  I have cancelled meaningful beauty as it burned my skin like I had laid on the beach all day without sun protection and since I was not informed of any need to cancel the vitamins (I was actually under the impression they were from meaningful beauty) assumed it was all taken care of.  Jeez, thieves.  I will be filing a complaint with meaningful beauty.

    Was anyone able to obtain a full refund on these products?
    I understand if I am being charged for items that I am receiving and using but I have never even received the shipment!!!

    I just the caught the charges on my cc.after I had canceled over 5 months ago.  I went back and found they had charged me for the last 3 months but I was lax in keeping an eye on my account. No product just charges.Chase was wonderful and credited me back the moneys and taking back from Vita Power. Thank you Chase and Vita Power needs to be sued out of existance.

    I have same situation as all of you guys. Last mont after reviewed my credit card statemetn, I did not regcozied what GRC VITA POWER is???
    I called my CC to dispute that transaction/CC company gave phone # to call.
    I said I don't care. I don't want to talk to anyone regarding this scam.
    My firsttransaction was only $3.27. This month another transaction posted on my Credit card again for $36.16.
    I'm very upset. will call to dispute again and might going to close my CC.
    That's only way I can do for now. Is that good idea? please advice?

    i ordered the proactive products also and it happened the same the vitapower phone is 888 8482797 check this number its works for me.

    I have the same complaints with GRC Vita Power. Please cancel my membership and stop charging my card $33.94 as well as sending the recurring product. I have also called to no avail.  H E L P !!!!!!

    On 10/14/2010, my wife ordered $150 worth of skin cream from a company called GRC MEANINGFUL BEAUTY, 800-927-0047. I figured this was probably a bad deal but she was satisified with the product so I let it go. However, on the same date, without her approval, she was set up for recurring credit card charges for shipments of vitamin from a company named GRC VITA POWER, 888-848-1797. I called this number and they promised to cancel all planned future charges and would cancel the current charge provided I returned the first shipment, which supposedly was already in process. However, as of today, 12/2/2010, I have not received the shipment. I called the credit card company and disputed the charges.

    I agree with all of you.  I got these vitamins for my along with proactiv and my 12 year old son got a bloody nose and threw up about 3-4 times. I calle them tonight and canceled. Make sure you all get a confirmation number and the agents name that you talk to, just in case it does not get canceled.

    OMG I was charged on my account so i decided to look up whta was GRC Vitamins and they are the proactive pills they have bin charging me every month and when i calld the proactive they told me they were free!! i am soo mad and angry i jus called them rite now and its going to take about a freaken month and a half to reimburst my dam money bak ugh so mad!!!

    I just got billed for these vitamins as well.  They are charging me for shipping them to me and I have to pay to send them back to them!  WTF?!?!?!  I did not authorize this so I am calling my bank to have them remove the amount from my card.  Let's see what happens.  I am simple FURIOUS!  I am also contanting my state attorney general's office to file a formal compliant.  You can now do this online I believe.  Everyone should do it!!!!

    Proactive and Vita Power are both GRC Products, so Proactive isn't going to help you. I stopped the monthly shipments after the first shipment and so far have not been charged again.

    This company is a joke, I've been waiting for my refund for more then 60 days and they still charging my credit card. People, do NEVER give your credicard number to Proactive!!!

    I too had the same problem so i called 888 684 9660 and was surprised to get an extremely nice gentleman by the name of Alex. (try and ask for HIM..lol)  He said he refunded me for the two boxes and was just really nice. Compared to the last b*%#h that pretty much told me I was S.O.L. and said she was going to cancel but obviously never did, even if i dont see the refund at least he was friendly and understood how vulnerable a person can feel when a company is dipping in to one's account whenever they feel like doing so.    FREE TRIAL MY ASS!!

    I should have known better than to order Meaningful Beauty in the first place.  I never order anything or purchase anything without searching online first for scams, etc.  But it was early in the morning and apparently I lost my senses that day.  Never again will I order anything over the phone from the television!  I returned the original order without even opening it and am still waiting for my refund.  Then, I received this charge that the all the previous entries have described in the amount of 32.94 to GRC*VITA POWER 888-8482797.  I called the number and apparently when I called to cancel Meaningful Beauty, they neglected to inform me that the vitamins were a different account and needed to be canceled from a separate company at a a separate phone number.  I called the 888-848-2797 and voiced my concern with the debit (that will incidentally overdraw my account)and was told that the package was already sent out.  Now I have to wait until the package arrives at my house, take it to the post office, refuse and return to sender, ask for a certificate of mailing as confirmation that I returned it, call back the 888 number, tell them that I've done all this, possibly fax the certificate to them, at which point they will refund me the remaining 65.88 which is apparently the next payment for the package that I have yet to receive and did not ask for.  They also were not going to refund my original 32.94 until they received that package as well, but I gave them a hard time and ended up speaking with a supervisor (Gale), who assured me the charge would be reversed in 2-3 business days.  I will post updates when they happen so other people who have been inconvenienced will at least know what works...
