Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Two months ago I ordered Proactive products and ever since have been receiving these "GRC Vita Power" vitamins that I did not order. Every month $65 is being taken out of my credit account. So I called BOA and got them to put a stop against VitaPower charging me the 33.94 each month. Hopefully that will stop them from charging me. When I called Proactive they gave me this number for VitaPower 888-684-9660. I tried calling but no one answered.

    I have to say it must be the entire GRC company.  I ordered the meaningful beauty skin care line and did not want the vitamins.  I specifically declined knowing the history of the "cancel anytime" system.  Well, 4 months later, I no longer receive the skin care because I canceled but still get the vitamin charges and was charged one extra month of skin care.  I have disputed with my bank. I will follow up with the company again..  I would have to say for we as consumers, If you want a product, limit yourself to that product only..  Its easy to get caught up in the specials but even easier to get yourself in trouble.  I now have 2 NSF charges from last month and 2 in the last 24 hours which have caused my mortgage check to be returned 2 months in a row.Money is tight with the high utilities this summer which is why I cut out the extras..  Hoping I can pull out of this one. Very not cool...

    freaking scammers i just called them and apparently it was obvious that it was a separate transactions, and its 3 payemnts of 30 dollars....and they when you try to send it back they wont pay for shipping and handling... GUTHY RENKER IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER

    My grand-daughter had the same thing happen to her. She had ordered ProActiv products and the vitamins were suppose to be a free gift. She did not authorize any further shipments of vitamins. One order was sent back, but her bank account was charged a 2nd time. After calling the company and threatening to turn them in to BBB, my grand-daughter will be receiving a refund.  those folks are scammers and should be put out of business.

    I've got the same problem that everybody has, you are the first one I've seen that has been turned in to this collection agency.  I'm still not going to pay them but they will send a couple more threatening letters then turn you in to the credit bureau companies, your credit rating will take a nose dive so if you worry about your credit rating you may as well go ahead and pay them, I'm not but at least they don" charge my account any more.

    Just saw the charge on my account, called customer service at 888-848-2797, i was able to cancel my "shipment" before it shipped so the pending charge to my account was cancelled and the money refunded, i guess i caught it early enough.  Maybe that is the key to take action as soon as you see a charge you dont recognize.  I hope i recieve all my money, will wait and see, will keep everyone posted.

    I called this number on 11/20/11 and got Alex. I got a refund and instant cancellation. Very nice.

    Clicking on "free gift of vitamins" and expecting to not have to pay for it doesn't make you stupid. First of all most people order online when I did there were no terms and conditions page or anything stating I would be charged for 90 days worth of pills, I read the page thoroughly. Second they probably changed this since all the complaints so don't be an [***] and call people stupid because you did not encounter the same problem. I am a USC graduate when I see"free gift" and nothing else I should't have to pay for it. You are a naive ignorant [***]

    i agree , same happened here i ordered proactive for my daughter and next thing i know im getting charged for vitamine , i talked to the grc and they informed me the got my information from proactive , this i already knew , because i didnt talk to the vita place or order from them , it is against the law for a company to give out our information and credit card numbers and at this time im seeing just what i can do to get them charged for giving it out and violating privacy acts .

    same thing happened to me through pro activ, just called 1-888-848-2797 to cancel the GRC vitamins..they charged me $90 over 3 months, they seemed to cancel it no problem... lets hope it stays this way! this is absolutely ridiculous!!

    Such a huge scam. I am getting billed by GRC after ordering Wen hair care. I've never received any vitamins and no one from Wen told me I was signing up for something like this. I don't know who I'm more mad at, Wen or GRC!

    I HAVE THE SAME SITUATION AS YOURS. THEY BILLED ME 3X ALREADY. I RETURNED THE VITAMINS LAST NOVEMBER AND I JUST CALLED TODAY TO FOLLOW UP. THEY SAID IT TAKES 3-4 WEEKS TO GET REFUNDED. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

    same here but i purchased the wen shampoo and after the first time they keep charging and taking money out of my account. i am being overdraft for something im not even purchasing anymore.

    My wife ordered GHC 5000 through something she herd on the radio to help with weight lose and received the vitamins free now I have been billed twice by GRC vitamins. I called to cancel and was told once I would be billed again and would not be refunded until I returned the vitamins and to expect that refund to take 4-6 weeks. WTF.

    The same thing happened to me, i oredered proactive and i cancelled my order. then out of no where i revieve a box of vitapower. then when i check my credit card balance it took out $62.89, i was really pissed they took out money even though i already cancelled my order

    Oh my God I'm so infuriate with this company they have charged me over $100 for one bottle of 90 vitamins tablets and I just noticed so I called and they refuse to refund the money cause I was out of 60 day warranty and I haven't even open the freaking bottle... I hope that company get what they deserve for what they are doing to people.

    I have been charged 71.86 for grc vitamins and never got them and no one answers.

    I ordered the trail sample and then cancelled the product, but they started after my cancellation to ship and charge.  Now I got to return the product and pay for the return shipment.
    Really bad practice of this company, they should not be in the market to harm the consumer

    Yeah, the same thing is happening to my aunt who I asked to get ProActive for me because my friend tried it and it worked for him. We just found a charge of 32.01 on her statements when all she ordered was the 19.99 30-day proactive package thing. She's on the phone with ProActive now, hopefully this will get sorted out.
