Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Two months ago I ordered Proactive products and ever since have been receiving these "GRC Vita Power" vitamins that I did not order. Every month $65 is being taken out of my credit account. So I called BOA and got them to put a stop against VitaPower charging me the 33.94 each month. Hopefully that will stop them from charging me. When I called Proactive they gave me this number for VitaPower 888-684-9660. I tried calling but no one answered.

    Just ordered it. 5mins ago........ didnt have a pen handy so i typed the number to vitacare in the seacrh box........ This is how i came across these reviews. Ill let my Bank Know now Its free dnt let them charge me for it.

    I ordered proactive to receive a brush for the face I only wanted this next I am receiving these expensive vitamins and sheer coverage 149.00 for makeup that doesnt even match your skin , the vitamains same expensive , I am dealing with it through my bank , its a huge hassle and very misleading and shady for grc , then you have to pay for shipping thats complete b.s , what seems to be concerning its still going on years later  " after reading all complaints 2008 now 2012 " seems there are business @ profession codes that most likely are being violated " class action lawsuit

    Same issue here, except, I never even got any of these said vitamins and yet I am still being charged. Definitely calling them tomorrow!!

    Yeah im pissed now I even wanted proactiv idk y I thought they were a good trustworthy company, I've learned my lessons even tho it was expensive n ill never get my money back, I filled out the affidavit n even sent all of vita clears boxes back n they still wont give me my money back. I called to cancell it twice n they still kept charging me. Finally I jus had to close the account n start a new one. I cant believe the govt. Allows company's like proactiv n vita clear do this type of [***] to tax payers n they get away with it I lost alot of time and money. N vita clear doesnt even have a website, wtf. If there's n organization or anything out there fighting company's like this sign me up.

    Same prob folks. I just called proactive and talked to Charles who told me that my account is cancelled and has a zero balance. This is the second time I've called them and gotten that response. Its a bunch of BS.  I asked to speak with a manager and for some reason they were not available. Huh.  Then I looked at my credit card and GRC* Vitamins charged 33$ AGAIN, after I called them to cancel. Screw this [***].

    Same here.  I placed an order with Proactive in April.  Received what I thought was a "free" sample of the vitamins with my order.  According to the guy I spoke to at GRC (1-888-848-2797), accepting the "free" vitamins signed me up for a program to automatically receive a bottle of vitamins on a monthly basis.  I told him I had canceled my Proactive membership within a week of receiving my order and was never informed that I would be signed up for a monthly service for the vitamins. He informed me that I had to call not only Proactive to cancel, but also GRC - that they are two separate entities.  Supposedly he canceled my monthly service and once I receive a shipment, to "Return To Sender" the package with the USPS and they would issue me a credit, which would take 4 to 6 weeks once they receive the returned items.

    I had the same charge when I made my proActive order. I called 1-888-848-2797 and got Rachel, who cancelled my account. She suggested that I returned the vitamins that were mailed out once I received them and purchase a proof of mailing to show that I sent them back. Once they get the returned vitamins, they will refund all charges.

    ProActive should let us know that this promo is from an independent company that is going to bill us separately because I cancelled my proactive account after the first week and that did not reflect over to GRC Vitamins.

    NEVER accept these vitamins with Proactive and actually my advice will be to never buy proactiv either. This proces is fraudulous, dishonnest and the worst is that they know it and hang up on your face when you complain.

    I ordered Proactiv in April, they automatically and without my authorization subscribed me to the vitamins program. I sent them back the first time and asked Proactiv to cancel my account. But they continued to charge me. I called my bank and they contacted  the company to cancel my account and receive the money back. I paid me back only part of it and STILL sent me the vitamins. I finally called the number that you put on this message (thank you so much) and they agreed to cancel my account, saying they never heard of any other complaint before.

    I only received part of my money back and they say that the rest is shipment fees and that are not refundable. This so inadmissible, I don't even understand how that company can still exist.

    I have the same problem with this people, I learn my lesson I will never order on  line again it is scary. I return the products to them and they should refund me, instead  they charge me again after I talk to somebody they suppose to refund me and charge my account twice,so I should be refunded (4x) why I have not recieved another product and why they charge me for something I did not get, please stop charging my account, I do not haVE A JOB AND YOU CAUSING ME TO HAVE INSUFICIENT FUND IN MY ACCOUNT, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. Do I need to  put action agaist your  company or to the business bureau.

    Ive had the same problem. I have called and cancelled my account 2 times now and am on the phone with them once again and they still say my account is active. The first time I talked to someone they just told me to cancell m account so i did. Well I was still getting charged so I called again, they then finally told me to return the product and I would then recieve all my money back they have charged me. Well it has been 4 weeks and I havent seen my refund yet. This is rediculous and just plane crazy!

    On 1/14/2013, Company charged  me $63 for somthing I did not order.
    I will follow Marias advice and file with the BBB. Thanks.

    I didnt order anything from GRC but they are charging me $32.94 for an order that was made with ProActiv.They are riding on the backs of another and still money.  Why dont they contact customer on their own for future oders

    okay, heres the deal...
    i just spoke to a really nice lady from GRC VITA POWER and she was very honest with me.
    When you order ProActiv, they offer you a free gift, a bottle of vitamins.
    When you select it, it says that you get a 30 day free supply of the vitamins, after which you will be billed for a continued supply of them. It is NOT hidden in the small print. It states clearly that they have a 30 day cancellation policy, and a lot of ppl actually DO call within that 30 days and cancel the "auto-ship"
    However if you dont call and cancel, you are shipped a 3 MONTH SUPPLY of the vitmins, which your credit card will be billed in 3 monthly installments of $32.94 for.
    If you call and cancel your shipments, you will STILL receive the product, and you will still have 2 more months of $32.94 being charged to your card.
    They do however have a 60 day money-back guarantee on any of their products, so if you follow the instructions on the packaging and mail them back, you will be crecited for the amount billed to your card, and the product is off your hands.
    For all the people that posted comments about involving the Better Business Bureau and Lawyers and such.... It seems to me that this company has followed the rules and given the consumer all the correct info, in the correct manner, and if you are too busy to actually READ what you're getting yourself into (like me!) then its up to you to call and cancel. I dont see anyone willing a lawsuit against them.
    in my case, she cancelled my subscription but said that the product had already been mailed out, and when i received it - i had the option to return them for my money back - or keep them for 2 more installments of $32.94

    the call center numbers that other have posted are your best bet to get in touch with them (and thanks for posting!)

    Today I saw a $32 charge pending in my bank account. I called immediately. I was told it should drop within 24-72hrs and that I should also call my bank to let them know. They better not charge me again. The customer rep. claims it was canceled. I will never order from Proactive again. There was nothing in the fine print that I recall about my address and credit card being given to another company.

    Still happening.  I have to cancel my credit card today.  Another charge of 33.94 on my account. and its 2014. I canceled with proactive last month.  I am taking my son to a dermatologist and will not purchase proactive again.  They started this entire thing.

    This was added to my from WEN Hair Products.  On the phone with them now. Spoke with Francine.  She was very apologetic but not very helpful until I demanded she provide me with a copy of my order with an order number and confirmation that I have received their product.  After ten minutes of round and round about it being a promotional offer that was added to my haircare order she finally processed a refund for the full amount of $32.94, canceled my account (like how the hell do you open an account for something I didn't order) and is sending me a written letter confirming cancelation of account.  And to top it all off, I didn't even get the product I was billed for.   I will be contacting the BBA and an attorney and WEN haircare as well.  This is ridiculous.  I did also call the 888-848-2797.
