If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I could hardly understand what you wrote. You misspelled words, used improper grammer etc. They did not take advantage of you or trick you. I am sure the phone conversation was recorded so ask to hear a copy of that in writing. Then call Mastercard and tell them not to let anymore transactions from Lumiday go through. I do not work for nor have I ever heard of this company. I was just doing research on it and am sorry for your incident.
"Buyer beware" of any fricking "FREE OFFER" from any company you either have never heard of or do not trust completely! Most of these free offers are scams for sure and give this consumer reason to not even trust the media company who is advertising the offers of these rip off artists- in this case I saw this offer on the KOMO TV site which is a media company headquartered in Seattle WA. Also AOL is another company helping perpetrate these type of offers-such as Bright White and or Smile Radiance-which are one and the same company offering teeth whitening products and also have 40 other scam products they offer under different names and web sites.
Many times these "free trail" offers are set up just to get consumer account information, and they just ignore cancellations, or you can't even reach them by phone, so they continue to "accidentally" take your money.
Silly me for thinking a request for a free trial was an order.
Be wary of these tricksters.
American Woman, you need Lumiday or some other type of medication to calm down and stop picking on non inglish peeple.
as I've learned the hard way to always Google the company name+complaints.
This is true of everything I buy on the Internet: Caveat Emptor (Latin for Buyer Beware) sadly must be the order of the day from all of us.This is true of all offers.
I've effectively handled this situation in the past by: the minute product is delivered, I cancel and figure if I love the product then can always order at a future time thus eliminate the scam. Don't wait the amount of days, cancel immediately upon arrival and protect yourself.
Thank you Puerto Rico for taking the time to warn us, despite a couple mis spells your message is perfectly clear! My apologies for those who feel it necessary to criticize the spirit of your message is to be commended.
God Bless and take good care. LO/Sherwood,OR
Thank you very much,
