I recently took advantage of the free trial offert, and receive de sample. This promotions  was to try the product for 4.99 and you charge to my credit card 74.98. that was free you shouldnt charge to my credit card. Please returned my money. The transactionj  is MT10327009000001000003172 master card (aeela)posted 11/23/2010. Also I been cancellled the subscri[tion. You are take advantage charging to my account with triking and abusing me

    American woman, You are the one having a problem communicating!!!! Yes she could not spell and was very hard to understand.But she can fix that. But you can not fix stupid!!!!! Try one of these web-sites offering only 4.99 and give them your credit card number.Then try to cancel. Let us all know how it works out.

    Nothing is for free in this world...buyer beware.  However, I do agree these deceptive or mis-leading selling practices should be investigated...and shame on AOL and GNC

    You absolutely have to call within the time limit, then there is no no more charges on your credit card and your trial supply was 'free'. Even if you forget and get charged for one month you got another month's supply.
    Again, if you call and cancel before the next billing period, your next shipment will not be sent and you will never be charged again. So you still only get charged for the second shipment. The first was free except for S & H fees. It's no scam if you pay attention.
    People see the word "FREE" and their brains stop functioning!

    It is very apparent that you all are in need of Lumiday or something that you seem to have to vent here, get so mean and mad at people you don't know, calling names you cannot even put in type and need blanks and that you just don't have a general respect for others.  Maybe start there - people came to this site because they were down - do you remember that 1st part?  Why beat them up too?  Nevermind the business practices... how amount personal kindness to all?  Lighten up!

    I also ordered the free trial but it would not process until I checked the box indicating I had read the terms and conditions. After 18 days I was automatically rebilled. I immediately called the number on the bottle 1-877-566-5864 and was told that it was my fault because I did not read the fine print at the bottom of the screen. I went back to the site and they were right. It was my fault aas they has stipulated that I would be automatically rebilled if I did not cancel the order. Not the best customer service I have delt with. But after explaning the situation I was given an RMA number to send the pending 30 day supply back and my account would be credited the full amount charged. Can't blame them for trying to get over on me. Buyer Beware! Bottom line.... Call them to cancel the order. If you receive any more product, dont open it. Return it and call them to get an RMA code.

    I hope that belittling the lady was not done in ernest., But I am afraid that many people are cold hearted and cruel.
    So explains the down fall of this country.
          I ordered this product on May 26th.  read the confirmation on May 28th and immediately canceled my agreement.  got the free sample and will verbally reorder if the product if I am satisfied.

    I had just placed the order and read this thread. I called the number and asked the operator if I was automatically enrolled and she stated yes. I asked her to stop the automatic enrolled and she responded not until tomorrow because it would cancel the order. I had her cancel the order altogether.

    i got the free trial in the mail and it was free.  i also read that if u dont cancel it, they will charge u for a non free resupply because i read everything.  now automatically billing u is shady but they told u what was going to happen and didnt steal ur money.  ur ignorance or laziness, if u didnt further want the product, is still ur responsibility.  but on a happy note i found that the pills were comepletely effective.  they took the edge off my stress which in turn helped me be modivated to accomplish small goals to help my general stress lvl go down even further.  needless to say i do recommend and do not work for the company.

    These scams are very popular whether it's set up off a credit card, or directly with a company that you may deal with on a monthly basis. Example: there's an insurance company (very popular) that offers "EZ Pay." A once a month withdrawal from a checking account. Problem is, when you terminate your policy, they don't terminate it fully. They allow one or two additional withdrawals to pull from your account. Once the customer realizes this, they call and complain, the company then terminates the policy and send the customer their money back. But, during this time, they've withdrawn hundreds from accounts of thousands of people. Now, they invest this money, gain interest or other additional returns on YOUR money, and when all is said and done, they'll send your what they had withdrawn from your account...they already made a fortune from your money...Collectively. It was GREAT working capital. Just was YOUR working capital they gained from. Sad huh???
