I recently took advantage of the free trial offert, and receive de sample. This promotions  was to try the product for 4.99 and you charge to my credit card 74.98. that was free you shouldnt charge to my credit card. Please returned my money. The transactionj  is MT10327009000001000003172 master card (aeela)posted 11/23/2010. Also I been cancellled the subscri[tion. You are take advantage charging to my account with triking and abusing me

    Make sure you cover your butt before you sign up for anything. Read all the information and do a Google search on it. If you don't have a phone number to the company how do you expect to be able to cancel the product....DUH

    Your are right...if it sounds to goo to be true, it probably is....relative to the being charged the $69.95 plus $4.99 shipping don't be a child; next time  read the terms and conditions(always) irrelevant of you ethnic persuasion and/or Country of origin. Haste makes waste!!!

    Interesting, I thought this site was to complain about a product or shady deal... I new about the auto rebill/shipping when I signed up. You'll find it's that way with almost every trial offer. And quite frankly I was quite pleased to get the refill. www.supplementreviews.org/lumiday-reviews/ - Cached . This site has a very good discription of what Lumiday is and how it works. Feel free to continue complaining about each other, you are all quite entertaining.

    That happened to me several years ago and was a nightmare.  My credit card company AE finally took care of it but I suggest canceling your CC.

    Another point, ingredients in Lumiday, St. John's Wart for one, my friend gained 20 pounds taking St. John's Wart for pain.  Side effect, if you look it up, weight gain,  This should really help your depression, the reason you are buying this product in the first place.

Aug/6/2011  (NOT AUTHERIZED) I am returning shipment first thing Monday morning (certified mail) Expect my credit to be in my account the following day after I've recived your return Mail certification signiture. The latest when my 18 day trial is up. Did'nt care for the Buisness practices stories. I am a pilot a photographer, Buiness owner, hunter,skier, with ADHD. On the 19th this matter will be resolved, Any questions?

    I too was suckered by Lumiday. I wanted to try Lumiday when I saw the $4.99 trial cost. I hadn't opened the bottle yet when I found I have kidney disease and it was recommended I not take such products. Meanwhil, being inundated the trials and tribs of being the sole caregiver to my husband who has Alzheimers, as well as being sick myself, it didn't register that I needed to cancel or they would send more and bill me for $74.98 per month!  An outrageous price for any such product and one that I was NOT made aware of at that time.

    Less than a month later, I received another bottle and was billed $74.98. less than another month, another bottle and another billing for that amount on the old credit card!  I called Lumiday and spoke to a very nice gentlemen to whom I explained my situation.  He agreed with my proposal to send the 3 bottles back and have the costs taken off my credit card. At which point he cancelled any further membership  Less than a month later, you've got it, I opened my credit card bill and there is a charge from Lumiday. This time however I did not receive another bottle. So apparently my membership was cancelled as far as receiving the product anymore, but not as far as being billed!  So I called once again, spoke to a different person then I had the first time, and was told that I can't be reimbursed because I passed the 30 day period (what?) then he said this recent charge was 'taken OFF my card, not put ON it I explained that I was sitting here with the statement in front of me and I assured him the new charge had been put on, not taken off. He then said it's taken off. I said (twice since I didn't get an answer the first time) if he meant that on my next months statement this new charge would be taken off. He said 'yes, it already was' as though I were a very dense human being.  I realized that I would get nowhere here, so I said 'thanks' and hung up. I am presently writing a letter to the company requesting they take 3 x $74.98, plus $5. For the initial bottle, which I also sent back. Hopefully I will see $229.94 DEDUCTED from my charge card next month!  I think this is a naughty company .

    I sincerely apologize for any typos etc that may have occurred in my letter above. I certainly would not want to be chastised in public by the gentleman who did so to the woman from P.R.

    To the lady from P.R.  I apologize for anyone who would treat you, or anyone else that way. Not that it's my place to do so, however I wouldn't want you to think we are all that way. I hope your rip-off by Lumidays sellers is quickly rectified, as well as mine.

      I agree!!!  I have a muti cultural family of 5 ethnic groups. I've dated outside my race and have many friends of all ethnicities. I don't like being called redneck for defending that poor girl who was clearly mislead. I also have no problem w people from other countries or cultures. But sometimes my being "nice " only got me in deeper.
