I recently took advantage of the free trial offert, and receive de sample. This promotions  was to try the product for 4.99 and you charge to my credit card 74.98. that was free you shouldnt charge to my credit card. Please returned my money. The transactionj  is MT10327009000001000003172 master card (aeela)posted 11/23/2010. Also I been cancellled the subscri[tion. You are take advantage charging to my account with triking and abusing me

You are a ignorant person to even say what you are saying maybe you should educate yourself about mental illness before you jump into a conversation!!! You no nothing about !!! The truth is that lumiday starts you off with there 4.99 trial!!! to later charge people 75.00!!!!

    I totally understand why foreigners consider US Americans as stuck up and rude. Most of US are foreigners ourselves, FOOL. So to bash someones ethnicity or comment rudely shows your ignorance. Who knows what happened on the call when the order was placed, but APPARENTLY they were not clear as to the terms and conditions; Which is the job of any sales person, to make sure the buyer understands. Hate to be mean and sound as rude as you but are an IDIOT, American Woman...

      Yes. Thank you!!!!  Very mean and hurtful seeing people are reaching out to cope w all these problems by trying this product  and.  being  talked down to by the one who ripped them off. I don't care if he is pink and purple plaid. It's wrong and not right to paint all women, men or ethnic group w a broad brush.

    Wow, you may need the product if you keep taking offense so easily.  I did not like the attitude taken by American.. either, at first.  
    And by the way, I teach English as a Second Language.  English is very regional, so who has the right to judge how someone speaks or writes.  If I were to go to Puerto Rico and try to communicate, I would have better success using the Enlish expressed above.  
    It wasn't a matter of communication because of culture.  It is trickery. They use smaller font for the information, and add other fees besides.  Makes me wonder what is in the product.

    Just ordered the free sample and I will sure remember to cancel it before the 18 days are up.
    Hope it works and I may consider keeping it if so.
    BTW- Sounds to good to be true but I will give it a try.

    Lets get smart
    Use a credit card that has the Shop Safe feature. This feature generates a new credit card number with charge limit --- if the merchant trys to charge more the transaction is cancelled and the bank calls you for approval on the transaction.

    If you're going to use a credit online the only way to protect yourself is to use a credit card with Shop Safe (Bank of America has this feature)

    Yes, their business practice sucks, got biten by Proactive the same way, but does lumiday work? Do you feel happier? Before you got your second shipment. I would not mind paying the $74 a month if it worked.

    I tried Lumiday and IT WORKS!!  I will cancel the auto ship in plenty of time  before they bill my card, and will buy it elswhere.  I don't ever want to be without it!

    We are not american or puertorican or mexican etc. we are pure spirit souls, we are not these material bodies, these bodies are just like a dress for the soul-us. so dont identify yourself with your dress, that is foolish. You all should try to understand who you really are and not insult or offend each other like that, behave like human.

      I've read and love Wayne Dyer. He is correct in that we are souls having a human experience. Not the other way around. But in this case, someone needed to stand up and maybe I'm too harsh. But it wasn't about race. That's the only point I was making.
