Ever hear of Colon Cleanse? Four years ago, same experience until my bank acct was tapped out. Never did receive the product, until a month after I had my bank call and try to put a stop on my charges. They argued I wasn't right, they were. After many attempts, my bank account was closed, as it became overdrawn substantially and I wouldn't pay for something I hadn't received. End result: bad rating with local banks due to closing of my US Bank account by the bank.

A true lesson in American Economics fraudulently perpetrated upon the unknowing, elderly and trusting public.

Stay away from free offers and offers on the Internet that sound good. It is always good practice to Google all companies and read all complaints. There are hundreds and thousands of scams out there.  Google Treasure Chest.com is another rip off company that preys on people. If you do not read everything, then they bill your credit card. We all learn one way or another through experience dealing with crooked companies via the Internet. I read the Lumiday web site, I did not do it. I knew they were going to bill be if I didn't cancel. It sounded crooked to me.

Under terms of agreement at the bottom of the web page it says:

How Does the Trial Offer with Auto-Ship Work?
You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.99 for us to send you a 14 day trial supply of Lumiday. We typically ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). We allow up to 4 days for you to receive the trial supply. Thus, in order for you to have 14 days to try the product, we consider the end date for your trial period to be 18 days after you place your order, which is 14 days plus 4 days for processing and transit.
If you do not call customer service to cancel within [18] days of ordering your trial, you will be charged $74.98 plus any applicable tax to the card you used to place your trial order. You will also be enrolled in our auto-ship program. See details below.

Whether you like it or not the details are included and you only need to read them to understand what you are getting yourself involved with.

You do need to call customer service to cancel the autoship program or you will be charged. Is it illegal to do things this way, no. Is it unethical not to put the details in fine print right by the form you fill out to get the free samples? It probably is, but if you take the time to understand what you are getting yourself involved in you will not receive anymore then the free 14 day supply.
