I'm so glad I checked the internet before falling for this trap. It's outrageous that these companies are preying on desperate people who are willing to try anything to improve their lives. A free trial should be that, no strings attached.
As per our Puertorican friend, thanks for alerting the rest of us. It's the thoughtfulness that counts, not your spelling, diction or grammar errors, some of which American Woman had as well.
There are no magic cures for what ails a lot of people. Even the best medicines have side effects, too.
Buyer beware. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

You know i get irritated when someone from another country tries to make a knowledgable comment on an issue and this somebody that calls herself american woman can not write her name.what a moron it's north american woman, america is the continent and please don't try to imply that here in the usa they speak good inglish because it's terrible the way people use the words hey, yeah,is you, ain't,you all, got, instead of have and for everything is he talk, talking instead of he/she said,or spoke,or speak.and many more horrors. So Puertorican your got message across.
    Thank You.

these kind of offers are bull b/s if  thay are so sure that there products will work .why offer a free sample and then ask for a credit card .its for the simple fact thay are hoping you forget to cancel the order .because you didnt read the fine print at the bottem.thay get over because if thay get just one payment on your credit card thay made money because it dont really cost them that much in the first place to make.a free sample should be that if thay trust this product so much thay shouldnt need a credit card. the results should speak for them selves ..RIGHT?
then they will be justified .any company asking for a credit card for a free sample i B/S.say what u will its a underhand way of making  money.Fu/???

This scam is used all the time.  The "free" samples have so many strings attached it's like a marrionette.

The time limit is usually up BEFORE you receive the samples, and usually there are no real samples at all.  It sounds good "try it and see if you like it" but the seller is devious.

Refuse to pay for it.  Put it in dispute with the credit card and let them fight it.  If enough people put it in dispute the credit card company will quit dealing with them. No matter what ---- don't pay for it.

Companies with a legitimate product don't need to deal that way.

I'm going thru the same experience my Puerto Rican brother had with that fraudulent LUMIDAY guys.  When I ordered the free trial for $4.99 s&h in response to the pop-up ad, there was no mention whatsoever about automatic shipment or cancellation of the subscription. When I tried to dispute LUMIDAY's charge of $74.98 with a Master card rep, she was on their side explaining the fine prints of 'terms of conditions' on their web site giving me the impression that LUMIDAY even got Master card in their pocket. LUMIDAY's confirmation email clearly says 'should you want to order more product visit online or call' mislead victims into thinking they were not entering binding contract or subscription.  I reported LUMIDAY to IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and BBB.  I'm trying to get RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) code from LUMIDAY to return the bottle.  I'll keep posting.

Mastercard accepted my dispute to LUMIDAY's fraudulent charge of $74.98 for its so called AUTOMATIC shipment.  I asked mastercard to cancel my credit card if they don't accept my dispute.  Victims must ask their card company to accept and handle Lumiday's payment disputes.  Victims must file complaints with IC3(Internet Crime Complaint Center) and BBB Utah.  Lumiday agreed to cancel my account with them but asked me to return the next shipment expected to be delivered 03/24/2011.

Prevalent fraud on internet scares consumers off e-commerce.  I'll stick to only reputable vendors from now on.  There shoud be a government agency cracking down these scams effectively.

    Taken Advantage of too
Yep, I failed to notice this nice notice at the bottom right too!  So much for "free" trials (even though they charge you $5 for shipping and handling)!  Calling them and my credit card company now.
Click the "Rush My Trial" button at right to receive a free 14-day trial of Lumiday. Pay only shipping and handling today and have no obligation to buy anything in the future as long as you call to cancel within 18 days after the date you place your order. (This allows 4 days shipping and processing plus your 14 day trial period). To cancel, call 1-877-556-5864. If you don't cancel within the next 18 days, you will be automatically enrolled in the Lumiday Auto-Ship Program. Begining at the end of the trial period and about every 30 days thereafter, we will send you a one month supply of Lumiday for the highly discounted rate of $69.99 plus $4.99 for shipping and handling, automatically charged to the card you provide today. Cancel any time.

So, I now understand all about the free trials, potential scam, etc.  Does anybody have feedback as to how this product works?  Any results we can discuss?

I don't understand why so many people are "outraged" about the automatic billing.... You have to check the box that says you read and understand the terms of the agreement.... Shame on you for not actually reading them!!!

I will agree with the people that said the "cancellation period" usually expires before you actually get the product in the mail... I have had that experience before. I call and cancel before they charge me for the next supply, and when the product does come I try it and if I like it, I try to buy it elsewhere.....

people get upset because you have to agree to things all the time without reading them... Apple Id terms, Google things, emails, getting employed, entering a thyme park without suing them if you get injured, singing documents you won't sue you doctor before treatments.. So. Company's like this one are causing sh*t because they offer a mental health support tool and use marketing that hypnotically induces people to feel safe and then the little trick of selling you more bottles when most are just getting "pushed" forward buying when the don't want to counting on people to be over whelmed by the canceling of the order.

If you understood the power of hypnosis and sales and marketing you would consider only using it in kindness and wellbeing for all. As to generate positive karma and blessings rather than the negative vibe this companies making.

    Avoid free trials
SO easy solution ---avoid free trials -- they r never free.   Do your homework. You can buy the stuff at gnc, drugstores.com, or amazon for 70.00. Amazon also has a 14 day supply for 30.00 if u only wnat to try it and not pay 70.00. As far as the rest of the dirt slinging---no ones running for election!!!
