They call your telephone number and leave a message telling you, you can make up to $38,000.00 a year just by processing their government mortgage insurance refunds. They charge $69.00+10.00 (S&H) for the start up guide and they let you know if you really do not want to do this kind of work to not press the number one key. They say at this 971-285-3130 number that your money can be returned minus the S&H if you are not satisfied or if you change your mind and do not want to do this kind of work. I believe her name was Nora, I asked if this was a scam and of course she said "NO". BUT IT IS! On 800notes.com there are many complaints about this scam. PLEASE spread the Word about this SCAM!

But yes this is not a scam if you work it the right way you can in deed make money. just depending if your a business person and organized haha... but yes this is 100% legit. And you can indeed get a refund if you choose to do so.. Also it is not with the bbb but you can got to the web site and look up exactly GMI Enterprises there has been no complaints with in 36 months... so it is completely up to you.  but you never know this could be what your looking for...

I looked at this all through the weekend. Sounds just ducky! When you start to add up the money spent before you even get started, it comes to at least $250.00 with nothing to show for it but the ability to send mail at a cheeper rate and a good bit of frustration. This definitely is a scam and well tuned at that. I also recomend going to Internet Crime Complaint Center, here on the internet to find out just how many negative comments they have had during the recent months. You might be surprised! Good Hunting...

    whatever....
Folks, this is a scam without question.  The charge on the credit card appears as "GMI as a(hotel/motel)" business.  Don't just walk away, run! I was fortunate enough to catch it in time and cancel the charge card.  These kinds of scam artists are just a bunch of creeps (and we are smart people who fall victim to them in hopes that there may be some honest people out there).  In short, if you want to work from home, interview in person and outline your requirements and expectations face to face). You should NEVER have to pay anyone to get into business. There are many legitimate firms who do, but seldom do they amount to anything other than money makers for themselves.  Have a great day!

As I look at all of these comments I wonder is there ONE person who actually tried this 'job'?  If you look on HUD's website it discusses their relationship with 3rd party tracers...here is the hard truth the opportunity exists but from reading these comments it's obvious that once people feel it's actual WORK instead of admitting to themselves they are lazy and want something for nothing...they call it a scam!  And really all of these comments over $79???  If you complain about that small amount of money you have a defeatist, small and unprosperous mind.  My advice, stop complaining divert this negative energy spent complaining about a company that has done nothing to you and work on the real problem...YOURSELF!!  And just for the record I have nothing to do with GMI but as a successful person it gets under my skin reading such rampant ignorance.

Has anyone actually worked the program?  We all know that in building a business there is a monetary cost!

Whatever.... - 23 Jul 2009 inscribed with ink stained digits of ignorance "You should NEVER have to pay anyone to get into business"

Yea right, I guess you built your 10 McDonald's franchises from Santa Claus, Monopoly money. Uh huh... it's typical, lazy, want something for nothing attitude that is destroying the core fabric of this once great country.

It's so funny to read these comments from people that spend $79 then discover they have to "work" and invest money to make money.

Instead of crying about a company that offers you an opportunity to better yourself, why not [***], complain and send your "ripoff reports" of abuse towards a real target like the HUD program that is sitting on 30 billion dollars of money owed to people like you yet they do little or nothing to find the owners of that money. It is in HUD's interest not to find the owners of that money.

The last 8 pages of comments looks like a sad freak show of losers and "want something for nothing" types. Grow some big ones and get to work, stop watching TV and bitchin.
