1)T.V. informercial for this herbal product.  $9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer.  NOT SO. Recurrent shipments and charges are then charged to your credit card account.

2)2/2/2/2010-ordered product.  Billed and charged $9.95-Shipping and Handling.  Called 2/8/2010 to cancel.  Order received 2/8/2010 and was  returned unopened 2/8/2010.  Without my express permission I was enrolled in several other "Up Sales" which I have had difficulty in canceling.  You have several "LAYERS" of other "Offers" associated with the purchase of your product which I did not want and told the first customer service rep.  She enrolled me anyway and told me I could cancel in thirty days.  IF ANY OF THESE ENTITIES CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE INTEREST RATE WILL GO UP.  I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

3)Up Sales are:

This is a common scam among shady "health product" companies.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute unauthorized charges, and close and block the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

You should also be questioning why you would be putting something obtained from a company like this in your body.

This product does not work as advertised!!! Not only that but you have to go through an entire ridiculous process to cancel and return. When I ordered the product, there was no mention of the return process if you were dissatisfied. I was told all I would have to do is call to cancel. This is outrageous!!!

$9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer.  I was lied to on the telephone, when i was asking all the details about the 30 days trial. I was told I could call back as soon as I received it and it would be canceled, keep the supply they sent me and I could order when I wanted more.. When I called to cancel it, I was told I have 7 days to ship it back at my expense. I have contacted my bank and will follow up.   I plan to fight them to the end. Companies like this should not be able to advertise to sell anything.

If you cannot trust the business practices, why would you expect you can trust the product?

SCAM!!!  ROBBERY!!!   DO NOT get lured into giving this company your credit card.
    Nothing is FREE.  CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
My husband called them to get a free sample to try but did not hear the part about non-refundable shipping and handling fees of $11.xx & some change. Their word against his (consumer).
We called to cancel but they already shipped product. Called to return unopened product but was given an RMA # and told we have to pay to ship unopened product back. So Colon Flow already charged credit card $10.95 plus tax ($11.xx) and then we paid $2.87 (with delivery confirmation) to ship unopened product back to them.
Was finally able to acquire a cancellation confirmation # but do not recommend dealing with this company or ones with these non-refundable fees. Basically they STEAL or ROB you through the shipping fees and automatic shipments, etc. and are HELL to deal with when you change your mind and want to cancel.
NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. TO STUFF LIKE THIS. USE PAYPAL BUT BEST TO AVOID ALTOGETHER.
I'm currently trying to log BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint.
I got so frustrated with and hung up 2 times until I was able to calm down and humble myself to get the correct info. to send these thieves back their product and cancel anything.
They also told me that they could not remove my credit card info. from their records for auditing purposes.
Go figure!  ROBBERY! SCAM! CONSUMERS DON'T GET LURED.

they got me too. i told them i wanted to make sure that my card would not be charged for anything else when i placed the order. The lady told me that it would not, but she gave me a telephone number and told me to call and verify before 30 days. i wish i would have they just charged my card 79.99. That is non refundable and who knows what else these [***] are going to do. i want to get them back. HOW CAN THEY PULL THIS CRAP.

It's a huge scam with a room full of unemployable x-telemarketers.
I have an RMA number and have 7 days to return the product with the unused portion.
I took 2 capsules and decided I would cancel the order in case I forgot the 30 day billing, and lo and behold that's when I was told about some new methods just to keep me happy and retain my credit card information.
I said NO, give me an RMA since they will re sell these capsules to someone else.
It's the last time I fall for this SCAM.
It's a great racket to get into though.
Just make sure you use a pre paid credit card.
I use them just in case and they work great.
When the SCAMMERS try and get your funds again they get squat.
But just think of the other suckers who use their banking ATM..............OMG, cancel it immediately before they sell your number.
I don't trust people who come and go and get paid minimum wages.
They propbably take the [***] paying job just to steal Credit Card Info.
Funny Thing too I discovered..................The Product doesn't even work. I have immediate and better results with an erbal tea.

I suggest writing to the Health & Human Services Department in ME. and letting them know. But since these clowns can't access a pre paid card, thats how I shop around.

    Great advice.
The way to scam these clowns is to get a pre paid card use it for these " free " triala and then never add more money to the account.
So in other words you can scam the scammer...............Wow...great advice thanks.

And Yes [***] These lazy [***]. They sit around and think of ways to steal money instead of working for a living.
Probably have a record for larsony and fraud and no company will hire them.

    Ciao

thats right, use a pre-paid card, i've used them to pay my gas and light bill, if anyone tries to charge you for more, they can't, just don't put any money in the card, you can just get another card, lol don't let them scam you.

    blah..blah..
I actually have colon cancer and decided to use this product...it worked really well for me...If you people are crying about a little shipping and handling fee, then obviously u don't want help...And remember u shouldn't expect to get anything for free...obviously it costs money to ship products out....so stop crying.

You people are horrible I happen to like the product and it works wonderfully for me and the company has not scamed by what I can tell all the terms were given on the phone 30 day trial 79.98? After 30 days then you will join their lifestyles program to get the product0cheaper that was all said in the phone convo.  So I don't see why you [***] are complaining oh the programs at the end guess what YOU DONT HAVE TO AGREE TO YOU CAN SAY NO.. what ever
IT IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THE PEOPLE SAYING ANYTHING POSSITIVE WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND ARE TRYING TO COUNTER ACT THE REAL AND LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, I ORDERED IT FOR THE 9.95 TRIAL PERIOD WAS TOLD TO CANCEL W/IN 30DAYS OR I WOULD RECEIVE MORE PRODUCT AND WOULD BE CHARGED 79.98 WELL I CANCELED W/IN 30 DAYS BUT THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE NEVER TOLD ME TO SEND THE UNUSED PORTION BACK, (IT WAS IN THE FINE PRINT ENCLOSED IN THE PACKAGING) SO WHEN 79.98 WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT I CALLED THE COMPANY AND COMPLAINED, THEY SAID THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY CANCELLING AND DID I HAVE A CONFIRMATION #? THEN THEY TRIED TO SAY I WAS CHARGED FOR NOT SENDING BACK THE UNUSED PORTION, LETS BACK UP A MINUTE!!! IF I DIDNT CANCEL AS U SAY THEN WHERE IS MY NEXT MONTH SUPPLY OF PRODUCT???  WHY AM I BEING CHARGE FOR SOMTHING I DID NOT RECEIVE AND HOW IS IT A FREE TRIAL IF IM BEING CHARGED. MY BANK IS INVESTIGATING THEM AND HAS ALREADY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT!!!! AND THE PRODUCT DOES NOTHING BUT GIVE YOU DIAREHA!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

    Not a fool
So My husband talked me into ordering this product for him, I drilled the lady on the phone that there would be absolutely no more charges on my card and she said it was a one time fee. Then she proceeded to tell me if I pressed a key on the key pad they would send me free samples. So the sceptic that I am wrote down they would charge me 11.80 so when I seen that they charged me 21 something, I called the company as soon as I got the product, she gave me some bull about sending it back and she was sorry that I was lied to so I cancelled my card and told her to eat that. Funny huh!! Then I get some thing in the mail that says that I was enrolled in some club memebership for 14.99 per month for coupons....suckers I aint getting charged NO MORE!!!! and I aint sending nothing back either!!! I knew they were a scam I knew it, but my husband has never been ripped off like this before and so he was not a sceptic....well now he is.

I think it is time (or past time) we all started contacting our Senators and Congressmen about regulating this kind of scam. There is no doub't that they are set up to victimize consumers who may not be careful enough to study the transaction. This should be considered fraud.
