1)T.V. informercial for this herbal product.  $9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer.  NOT SO. Recurrent shipments and charges are then charged to your credit card account.

2)2/2/2/2010-ordered product.  Billed and charged $9.95-Shipping and Handling.  Called 2/8/2010 to cancel.  Order received 2/8/2010 and was  returned unopened 2/8/2010.  Without my express permission I was enrolled in several other "Up Sales" which I have had difficulty in canceling.  You have several "LAYERS" of other "Offers" associated with the purchase of your product which I did not want and told the first customer service rep.  She enrolled me anyway and told me I could cancel in thirty days.  IF ANY OF THESE ENTITIES CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE INTEREST RATE WILL GO UP.  I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

    SCAM SCAM Do not trust this company, or their product. I order the two bottles for the 30 day trial when I first order the guy on the phone told me the company will contact me to check if I was satisfied with the product. I tried calling the company and I was put on hold for 1hour they do this to assure that your 30 day trial will expire and that way they can charge your card. They charge me $96 dollars and thank God I called them because they had me in this automatic payment plan for each month. First the colon cleanser is a piece of crap, so don't get let this company trick you, because they like to still money from people. SCAM THIEVES.

    Yes, you work for the company. There is more complaints here than theres is good reviews so people will relay on the bad reviews we gave.

    My Father passed away last week.  Trying to get this stopped, they will not do anything without a death certificate, which cost money.  No problems with other companies. This company will not stop any more orders from being shipped out.  Will not let me talk to a Supervisor and were very rude.  Not once did any of these 3 people whom I have spoken to on 3 different occasions said they were sorry for our loss.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!  They have been turned into the Better Business Bureau.

    This company is not to be trusted.  My elderly father called and placed an "introductory order" for a $11.80 shipping and handling fee. The product came and it had an invoice for $11.80, but they charged his card for $89.60.  I called and spoke first to Marie and then to her supervisor Tyler. I explained that my elderly father has dementia, and cannot handle this issue himself.  As his power of attorney, I was requesting that they review the account and issue a credit to his account of $77.00 due to THEIR error.  They refused to discuss his situation with me sighting privacy laws. This is a a smoke screen they are using  to discourage people from pursuing them when they are over billing customers on purpose.   It is a blatant attempt to use laws against people, when the law is meant to protect people.  They are taking that stance to scam as much money out of people as possible.  Did I need to  know anything of a personal nature to get them to correct their billing?  No I didn't.  I could share his credit card number, his date of birth, and any pertinent information that would have been needed to correct his account.  Is it This was their "mistake" and they should have resolved it when given a chance.  i reported this to his credit card company because I am not going to allow this company to take advantage of a old man with dementia.

    YES I ORDER A BOTTLE AND CHECK OUT THE DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS ON THE BOTTLE SOMETHING IS SO WRONG WITH THAT I WILL BE SENDING IT BACK UNOPEN IF IT WAS THE SAME THE INGREDIENTS WILL BE THE SAME ITS CALL FRAUD . READ AND DO RESEARCH ON EVERYTHING YOU DO.

    I also was taken by these crooks. Hopefully by getting a confirmation Number this will go away, but concerned since they have my CC #-- they could give to others. Will need to get a new # and rearrange those legitimate vendors that I deal with as only safe resort to rid myself of these [***]. By the way I asked to speak to a individual in management when I called to cancel and was told by their agent-- no way -- this was a policy and we do not take returns. So it would appear I am stuck for about $65.00 unless I get some help from my Credit Card Company when I registered a dispute.

    Its not a scam, people just don't listen what is being said to them. Ever wonder why when you call your bank to dispute the charge and the bank doesn't give you your money back after they've contacted Colon Flow? Well, its because there is a recording of you saying "YES" to the amount thats showing up on your credit card. LEGALLY we HAVE to tell you your price and you have to AGREE. No scam there. The add says its FREE + SHIPPING AND HANDLING aka 11.80. Just be careful what you say YES to when you're on the phone, really not that hard.

    And honestly, no one there is going to "steal" your money. They value their job a bit more than to get fired for false info. ALL calls are recorded AND monitored for quality purposes.

    I've seen their ads on tv recently;  their "Colon Flow" stuff sounds nasty, there are plenty of more natural means of "clensing" the colon rather than paying $11 or $90 a bottle to some scamming company.  Prunes sound delicious!  Thanks.

    HELP! So I ordered this stupid product, got it in the mail and NEVER even opened it. Now they have taken $89.00 out of my account and told me that as long as they receive the item before the 30 day trial they will refund me, well the problem is that I sent it back 2 days after the trial period expired! What can I do? I want my money back!

    Call your credit card and report it as fraud.  They will give you a new credit card and number and refund the amount.

    I also ordered colon flow over the phone. and my information was sent to other companies without my permission.when I became aware of this problem I contacted customer service who then gave me several phone numbers to call to cancel my membership.If I didnt find out about this scam my credit card would have been billed for something I didnt want or have ordered.All I wanted was to try a few bottles of colon flow and today I found out this product ranks fifth in what it says it will do to improve your health.
