1)T.V. informercial for this herbal product.  $9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer.  NOT SO. Recurrent shipments and charges are then charged to your credit card account.

2)2/2/2/2010-ordered product.  Billed and charged $9.95-Shipping and Handling.  Called 2/8/2010 to cancel.  Order received 2/8/2010 and was  returned unopened 2/8/2010.  Without my express permission I was enrolled in several other "Up Sales" which I have had difficulty in canceling.  You have several "LAYERS" of other "Offers" associated with the purchase of your product which I did not want and told the first customer service rep.  She enrolled me anyway and told me I could cancel in thirty days.  IF ANY OF THESE ENTITIES CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE INTEREST RATE WILL GO UP.  I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

3)Up Sales are:

Cannot believe the Science Channel was running this scam commercial tonight.  You would think
they of all people would try to make sure their advertisers were truthful in their scientific claims.  Both CNN
and Fox News Channel also run several commercials daily trying to pawn bogus products.  These companies overcharge
your credit card and keep sending you the product without your agreement to continue receiving it.  Stay away from
these scams.  The cable channels do not care if their advertisers are legitimate.

i literally laughed out loud when they said that you could still be in danger if you go to the bathroom once a day.

that's ridiculous. i talked to a doctor when i had diverticulitis and he said some people go once a day, some every other day. some every 3 days. it just depends on your diet and body.

but claiming that it's dangerous if you go everyday is dumb. i think if you go everyday, your body is doing what it should.

I have worked for Call Centers that sell these things.  What i will say is that many of the people on here are too stupid to remember what they agreed to, then you play the recording back to them, with them clearly agreeing to everything that was offered, and they still argue, or say we doctored the tapes.  Seriously, I am not saying all of these products are great, but there are just as many consumers trying to cheat the companies, and get something for nothing as the companies are trying to cheat them.  Seriously, people that call, call centers for these products are DUMB!!!, and the problem is the come on a site like this and say they didn't agree to anything when in fact they agreed to all of it and just don't want to pay.  Stupid people.....

This is not a scam.  Know the company well, just take the pay up front option instead of the trial and you want have recurring shipments.  But no.  "DUH, I want that there free trial, because even though I have never gotten anything for free, these guys will be different, DUHHHH"!  I can hear you now, just be smarter, and don't fall for everything you hear, the company didn't scam you, you just were outsmarted by a call center rep....

You guys are not that smart.  You have no idea how the call center industry works.  Who do you think call center employees are?  I run a call center, and I can't speak for all, but I can tell you that we have to have an unbelievable amount of insurance and can't hire anyone with a crimimal record that takes cards over the phone.  The problem is the people calling never remember what they said or ordered, forget that they have a certain number of days to try to product, and then get charged in the EXACT amount of days the agent told them we would charge them.  Boohoo, they charged me for a product!  What country do you live in?  Little do you know retail is doing the same thing to you, but because you can look at them, you trust them. So sad, you people have no idea that the people working in these places are just trying to keep work.  Better than the leaches living off the system, trying to call and order miracle television remedies!

Now who is lying.  Good call centers do not do this type of stuff, and just because you worked for [***], doesn't mean all centers do this type of stuff.  You were in management, so you must have been pretty good at it, huh?  You got fired, and now they are unethical cuz you aren't taking peoples money any more....

Did you ever think that people are more likely to get on a site like this and complain than they are to say, I kinda liked it.  These dumbies agreed to everything they got and are just upset that they got outsmarted by a call center agent.  Clearly I must be working for the enemy though.  Then, clearly you must be working for their competition, trying to run their good name through the mud.  Right, isn't that the same logic??

Are you [***], the people working at the call center are hard working too.  Do you think they pay their reps a million bucks.   WHEEEHHHHHHHEH!  POOR ME!  I AM NOT SMART ENOUGH TO SAY NO WHEN THEY ASK ME IF I WANT IT!  Take control of yourself, and don't say yes if you don't want it!  And, trust me, all of these people complaining said yes, every single one of them.

Stop complaining here and file a complaint with the FTC.  It's the only way you're going to get rid of phuq heads like this.

ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS, GOOGLE FOR COMPLAINTS ON EVERY PRODUCT YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING THOUGH A TV AD. THE FCC AND ALL TV STATIONS DO NOT STOP FRAUDULENT ADS FROM BEING SCAMMED TO THE PUBLIC. THEY MAKE FAR TOO MUCH MONEY TO STOP KNOWN SPAMMERS FROM RUNNING SNAKE OIL ADS. THEY ALLOW TOTALLY BOGUS AND OUT AND OUT CROOKS TO RUN ANY SCAM THEY WANT. IF ANY AD OFFER A TWO FOR ONE OFFER OR A FREE TRIAL OFFER, RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM IT. NEVER GIVE A CREDIT CARD UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY KNOW THE COMPANY IS LEGIT. IF THEY WON'T TAKE PAYPAL OR A CHECK, IT'S A DEAD GIVE AWAY THEY ARE A RIP OFF OPERATION.

I went online to the Colon flow website to order.  They said I would get a 30-day "free trial" received within three days.  The product never came.  I checked and found it was a scam and I told the credit card company to cancel the transaction and all future ones.  I now wait for the credit to appear on my credit card website.

    Husband Scammed
COLON FLOW IS A SCAM - FRAUD CHARGES APPEARED IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT ONCE MY HUSBAND ORDERD THIS.  My Husband orded Colon Flow and then a week later we had received charges to our account for 2 identity theft protection services; United Benefit Advantage and 360 ID SWEEP ALGER . Two sets of charges appeared, one  for $1.95 for each service and the other for $19.95 for each service.  Of course, we never signed up for either sevice.  Colon Flow sold our bank card info to these people.  They also charged us $11.80 for this free trial. Thank God these amount were not too high. I read others who this happened to had charges of $39.99 and higher.  Oh and by the way my HUSBAND TOOK THE PILLS, even the max amount that could be taken in a day for a week AND THEY DIDN'T WORK.  He called and told them they didn't work and they asked him to send the bottles back even he opened one, at our expense.  They did try to offer him a free WalMart gift card and a gas card for trying the product and my husband declined repeatedly. To be honest, after knowing the SCAM artists they are, I am suprised they answered my husbands call.

Trust me, anyone stupid enough to order such a dumb product actually needs it. If you are stupid enough to believe your body holds 4 1/2 pounds of excess fecal matter when going to the bathroom once daily....4 of the 4 1/2 pounds of fecal matter resides where your grey matter should be. I would think any dumb azz would figure out the average person only eats 2 pounds or less per day in gross bulk. In short....shut up complaining and hope the product will clear out the fecal matter between your ears. Americans are so freakin dumb....I'm ashamed to admit I'm one.
