1)T.V. informercial for this herbal product.  $9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer.  NOT SO. Recurrent shipments and charges are then charged to your credit card account.

2)2/2/2/2010-ordered product.  Billed and charged $9.95-Shipping and Handling.  Called 2/8/2010 to cancel.  Order received 2/8/2010 and was  returned unopened 2/8/2010.  Without my express permission I was enrolled in several other "Up Sales" which I have had difficulty in canceling.  You have several "LAYERS" of other "Offers" associated with the purchase of your product which I did not want and told the first customer service rep.  She enrolled me anyway and told me I could cancel in thirty days.  IF ANY OF THESE ENTITIES CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE INTEREST RATE WILL GO UP.  I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

    After ordering this product, I still have yet to receive it. When I finally called to inquire about the estimated shipping date, I was given the run arounds. The reps tried many times to sell me other products and refused to listen to me when I told them I only wanted the product I paid for and nothing else! I will definitely be changing my credit card number before they attempt to charge me another dime. Do not make the same mistake I did!

    I too called the number on the TV and ordered the one time trial, one bottle of Colon Flow it was eleven dollars and eighty cents.  I was under so much pressure to buy more I got suspicious and googled Colon Flow fraud and I read many complaints against them so I closed out my band account and sure enough the next thing I know I was billed for eighty nine dollars and sixty cents.  I called Colon Flow and tried to reason with them they only said pay the amount and it resulted in Colon Flow turning me over to SKO-Brenner-American, Inc. A collection agency in New York.  I tried to reason with them and all they said I was to pay the eighty nine dollars and sixty cents.

    I googled SKO-Brenner- American and found where they were involved in collection policies that had caused them a law suite in California.

    I googled Arizona State Attorney General's Office and I called them and the next day I received the forms to fill out to file a complaint against SKO-Brenner-American.  In a few days I received a letter from the Attorney Generals office saying they were attempting to contact SKO-Brenner American in New York.
    I just received a letter from the Attorney Generals office saying my case with SKO-Brenner- American was closed.  I owe them nothing,  Thanks to the lawyers in the Attorney Generals Office in Phoenix AZ.

    This costs me nothing and I did not even have to go to court.  I figure I really got justice fast with very little effort
    on my part.

    Just saw the commercial. Do you think of actually reading the small print. The terms are in plain English, and said that the free sample is based on successful enrollment in an automatic billing program. Try pausing the ad and read the print. Its in pretty plain terms. I don't work for them, bit I just have the sense.

    I used it I hated it .After taking the recommended dosage and more I still didnt have a movement barely had gas.I reccomend anything besides Colon No Flow the price sucks and the product most definitly SUCKS! Anything 2 make a buck SHAME

    should have checked this site first cant believe i feel for this scam got pills feb 5 called and cancelled feb 10 they didnt work dude said try two more weeks then call back anytime then they charge my card $11 dollars jan 30th   and $89.68 march 5  got call from my credit card company told them to hold that charge they let it go anyway called back to get address to send it they said they want refund it  hope i can take them to small claims court in georgia what a damn scam
      hope nobody falls for this shittttttt   again im   sueing  if i can maybe they have to come to georgia cost more than $89   lol

    It's been years since the first complaint, and people are STILL falling for this scam.

    A few minutes searching the web would have taught people so much more, but got schooled instead with hard knocks about how easily fools are parted from their money.

    Overpriced metamucil in pill form with some digestive herbs... that's all this is.
    If you think you need to 'detox', then its obvious you don't know much about a healthy diet or your own well being.

    Not only have I had trouble with Colon Flow customer service, I as well was enrolled in several other mail order offers for which I did not give my authorization. Not only did I begin receiving the damn coupons, I also received three hardcore pornographic DVD's in the mail!! Iam now in the process of attempting to get a refund from this company for $39.99, I am waiting for a customer service representative to call me back in order to attempt to resolve this problem and receive my money back. Naturally, all returns (clearly labeled with the RMA#) were at my expense, and I have confirmation that my package was received over one week ago. I am now off to my bank to have my card cancelled and reissued in hopes that will prevent any further unauthorized charges to my account. This has become a nightmarish ordeal, and I cannot stress enough how sorry I am that I actually fell for this scam!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GETTING INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT!!!!

    DO NOT MESS ABOUT!! If you have ordered the 'trial' product and don't want unauthorised (and extortionate) charges made on your credit card, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY. If you type in the address of the company from their terms and conditions, you will see that a complaint has been made about them to Trading Standards.

    I have just sent this letter to the UK based address, recorded delivery and kept a copy for myself as CAB suggested.

    I have contacted trading standards.

    And I will not be letting them get away with this....

    To the rest of you, please do this too! So they cant carry on doing this to people!

    A consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000

    I recently bought a free trial from your company; natural health network.
    The product was Colon flow and Slim vida. The website stated they would cost £2.49 each, so I made my order on............
    I received two bottles of the supplements, although I contacted the natural health network through email regarding the colon flow as it came quite late.
    I was not told I would be receiving any more goods or any additional payments would be taken from my account without permission.
    I was not sent a copy of the terms and conditions in paper form, nor was I asked to check a box which claimed I had read them.
    On the................ I contacted my bank as a payment of £69.95 had been taken out without permission from me. The lady from my bank confirmed it was colon flow.
    I am very confused as to why you think you have the rights as a seller to take money for a product which you have not even supplied to me?
    And if the payment is for the free trial, then it is not actually a free trial and you are lying to your customers, which is against trading standards policy.
    On the.............I contacted Natural health network asking to unsubscribe and for my money to be refunded, I was denied that right.
    I am now seeking further advice from trading standards and will carry on with further action till this is resolved.
    I have received no further products apart from the free trial, so I want and expect a full refund of my money £69.95.
